If you deal with Jacob, you will be disappointed. In my opinion he takes a very lack-​a-​dazical approach to his job. He will tell you he has ordered your materials, when he hasn’t. Doesnt return calls. We had selected a Caserstone quartz product which we were told by Casarstone that they kept this particular one in stock, so there wouldn’t be any delays in getting it. It took Rock Solid 4 – 5 weeks just to get the materials to the fabricator. As a result our entire project was delayed. It wasn’t until Mark got involved that the project began to move.
