Show on the Road

I could not recommend these guys enough! I was first introduced to them a couple years back at my cousin’s wedding and the my brother decided to have them DJ his wedding. Just incredible. So when my big day was approaching I knew we had to use them! I’m originally from Chicago but now live in L.A. These guys were more than accommodating to help my husband and I even though we were from out of town.
We had an outdoor ceremony with a friend playing all the music. They made sure he was completely set up with everything he needed and it all sounded amazing.
I loved how we were able to pick and choose what we wanted upfront so we didn’t have all the super cheesy wedding stuff going on. They were able to get pretty much any song we wanted even when it wasn’t on their list. Since we were from out of town we weren’t able to meet the DJs until day of but when I did I instantly could tell they knew what they needed to and were very professional.
The reception was exactly what we wanted. Our friends, family and us are HUGE dancers. The DJ’s themselves were taking video and pictures because they were having such a great time with us.
Really fun and easy to work with! Definitely check them out for you wedding DJ needs!

These guys were great! They did everything I needed for my wedding reception. they even kept us on track when things were falling behind. The level of service was OUTSTANDING! I met with them and we went over everything so nothing was a surprise. They even found a special version of a song I really wanted. The price was right, they were very helpful and easy to deal with. I loved the personal website I used to pick what I did and did not want at my reception (ie. The Chicken Dance was a veto).
O.and they have a lot of AFFORDABLE options. We got a photo booth that was really fun!
Id use them again!

They did a good job& played good music but i wasn’t really picky I just like music, all of it. It wasnt my best vendor and kind of feel like i payed too much.

How has no one reviewed for Show on the Road yet?
Anyway… DJ services are by far the hardest vendor to choose in your wedding planning — mainly because you have to have full trust in your one and only meeting with them, and hope to God they don’t ruin your evening as the entertainment of the night!
Show on the Road cleared all my anxieties the second I met Chuck our DJ the night of our wedding! He was awesome — he knew exactly how to keep the fun going and everyone had a BLAST! He played all the songs on my def to-​play list, and stayed away on my do-​not-​play list. He knew just what types of music to play throughout the night, and there was NEVER a dull moment on our dance floor. I also liked how accommodating he was in always asking my husband and I what we wanted, as opposed to what he wanted.
Other plus? The low cost for their services — great prices for quality entertainment! Definitely check them out! Oh, and don’t discount them just because they are listed under «Chicago» here — they have many other office locations in the chicagoland area, so find one near you!
