I love the idea of unlimited tanning for $ 9.99, so I have no complaints about the price! The staff is friendly and the facility is clean. The only reason I cannot give this place five stars is because the staff is awfully untrained. When I first enrolled, I missed out on a $ 100 off special because I was told three different deadlines, by three different girls, for joining in on that special. Nobody seemed to know what was going on, and in the end, it cost ME money. Bummer man. (I will say, after complaining to the manager, she knocked it down to $ 50 sign up fee). The other thing that bothers me is that they do not open at 9am, as stated on their doors and on their website. A few times now I have swung by on my way to work (nearly 9:30am) and the doors are locked, lights off. The phone number does not go to voicemail. Nothing. So I’ve had to skip out on my tan those days. It comes back to training your staff. Be on time. Know the details of your specials. Show professionalism. If they clean that up, I will recommend this place to everyone, because the rest is rockstar!

I got a Groupon for this place & got the best spray tans I’ve had in a while!!! Everyone here is friendly, you never have to wait, & the spray tanning unit is great! I’ve tanned at numerous salons in the area and downtown and the spray tans I get here are the best — always even, bronze, and longer lasting than others! There is not a dryer, however, the recommended blot-​drying works fine! Will definitely be back!

STAY AWAY! Their deceptive practices are criminal. Have purchased packages over the last several years from this place. Never once has anyone said there was an expiration date. In fact Ive asked several times how many tans I have left. Was simply told, none. Then they look you in the eye and sell you more. Suggesting I just dont remember correctly. But this time I KNEW last summer we bought a large package to share for special occasions, and had used only a few. Asked for exact dates, and the attendant finally admitted that Id actually lost my whole package to ‘expiration’! Asked that the owner call me. NOTHING. The people of Naperville do not support businesses that openly steal from us. Good Bye.

This was my first time visit, and Mariah was SUPERB at customer service. She was friendly, informative and didn’t try to upsell me in any way. In fact she went above and beyond to offer the specials (fantastic btw) and make my experience comfortable. The facility was clean and inviting, but the service is what will keep me coming back and refer others. They have a new long term client!

Bought a spray tan package to use for special occasions because I was told the sessions never expire. Went in today and was told that my package expired! Ugh! Bad business!

3.5 stars overall. I like that the product is «natural». There is no drying option for the Mystic Tan which leaves you wet, sticky and wondering how the tan will dry. Just finished so I won’t know for six hours how the finished product will look. Fingers crossed.

I always receive great customer service EVERY SINGLE TIME that I come here. I just tan in the basic (stand up bed) occasionally for some Vitamin D! It’s only like $ 9.99/month — all beds are stand up. ***Affordable tanning****…sometimes I want the option of a lay down bed but you can’t have everything for $ 9.99/month.

I have been to the darien location and wesmont locations as well. I recently visited this naperville tanning salon to try there infrared sauna. I was greeted kindly by a very knowledgeable staff and couldn’t help but notice how clean and bright the place was. She explained in depth to me the process and its benefits. I appreciated her checking on me also through out my hour long session. I will be going twice a week for a month to experience the benefits of this sauna. I highly recommend this location and its sister stores. Thanks again for a pleasant experience!

Definitely disappointed with this place, but I should know you get what you pay for. Their $ 9.99 for a month ad is only if you commit to 12 months. I agreed to 1 week for $ 20, and when I went into the bed, immediately wanted my money back. Stand up beds are the only option here, and I felt like I was in a jail cell in this standup bed. What looks like chicken wire covers the bulbs, and there is other peoples hair and dust in crevices everywhere. I politely asked when I got out if I could pay for my one visit ($ 10) and refund me for the week. The associate didn’t know how, and suggested I try to call a manager. I tried the next day to call a manager, but reached a different associate who didn’t know how to complete the transaction either. After her talking to the manager, she left me a message saying they couldn’t refund me, but would add an extra day onto my package. Oh boy. Definitely not what I wanted. Bottom line, before you tan here, ask to see the facilities and know what you are signing up for. I wish I would have!
