Extremely clean inside. Very knowledgable staff that explained everything and answered our questions. Went to other places looking to get started with tanning before our wedding/honeymoon and other places have young girls working that are dumb as a box of rocks and seem very lazy because other places were filthy and disgusting. The women here are extremely professional. They have stand up and lay down beds. The stand up beds are a little too tight for my comfort but probably just right for a typical client. I have extremely broad shoulders. All the beds and rooms seem as if they are cleaned between users.
They are extremely flexible with payment options.

This review is based on the massage and spa services and not the tanning. I called the location yesterday to make an appointment for an eyelash extension fill. When calling in, the staff was friendly and enthusiastic. I changed my appointment the next day, for same day service, completely hassle free. Coming in, they were incredibly accommodating as I had to bring my toddler with me. The facility is very well kept and very deceiving from the outside. The location is convenient, located in a strip mall to allow for easy errand handling. Veronica, the esthetician, was very professional. She was sweet to my daughter and very understanding of my child care situation, or lack thereof. I couldn’t have been more happy with Veronica’s job on my lashes. They came out amazing.

This review is for the massage and spa section of LA Tan. I did not use their tanning facilities. I purchased a Groupon for a one hour facial. Appointments were easy to get same day if you call first thing in the morning. My esthetician was named either Veronica or Victoria (sorry!) and she was great. Extremely thorough, clean, friendly, etc. She didn’t leave the room like some do when the masks are setting. She stayed and offered a hand massage. My skin felt great for a good week after. I am definitely recommending her and even better, go to Groupon and purchase one!
