Um gross! They are a restaurant and do not have bathrooms for their payrons to use and no wash station in the dining room area for you to wash your hands prior to eating.

I didn’t think this TCBY got much business since it’s in an odd, somewhat hidden location right off of S. Washington. Much to my surprise, this place was packed when I went. There were two young girls running the shop and they did an excellent job. The store itself was spotless and they were quick to get froyo/​ice cream orders for everyone. I got a small cup of cookie dough froyo and it was delicious! Although, I was kind of disappointed because I prefer more toppings over ice cream, and at this specific location, they put the topics on for you. Because she put so much ice cream in, the toppings were sort of falling out and she couldn’t fit much else in there besides the reeses and butterfinger. My husband got a mint chocolate chip ice cream cone and he devoured it! (Ew…Does anyone even eat mint chocolate chip anymore?) Aside from not being able to do the froyo and toppings yourself, this place was pretty good. They also have a freezer full of pints/​quarts of ice cream and ice cream cakes!

Great place for the family. The staff is excellent and treated us all with a smile. And of course the frozen yogurt was great too.
