I needed to rekey 3 locks for my mother-in-law’s new townhome that I took out myself to save a couple of bucks. 2 door knobs and 1 dead bolt. I first called Home Depot and they told me be there by 10:00am (Saturday) and the employee will be there who does the rekeying. He told me that 2 of the door knob locks were broke (they were not broke before I left) and I would need to buy 2 new ones. I was outta there so fast.
I sat in my truck and looked up locksmiths on my phone and found Lock Pros.
I talked to Mark and he said bring them in. It took him 10 to 15 min. to do all 3 locks with 4 keys (the knob locks were NOT broken). I was very happy with the service and the price was good too. Thanks Mark!
