I cannot recommend Bethany enough. I used her for both hair and make-​up for myself, bridesmaids, and mother for my Oct. 2015 wedding. Some things that really stood out:
1. She does a practice bridal session for a fair price. This helped us nail down what I liked and what I didn’t like for both make-​up and hair. She was great at interpreting my descriptions about what I wanted and my pictures into what worked well for my face. She asked all the appropriate questions and when I came back to change a few things from the practice session, she knew exactly how to tweak the look on my wedding morning. Highly recommend doing the practice session.
2. Her and her assistant for the wedding morning were right on-​time showing up to my hotel room and got started immediately. They worked great together and were very professional. They even finished everyone early so that we were 15 minutes ahead to get started on my look. Being on-​time/​ahead of time on a wedding day is a huge plus. I didn’t worry once about being late because she set us up for success.
3. She adapted to the limited hotel space we had and used the natural light from the window to apply my foundation. This is a huge plus because I looked like my natural color when I stepped out to get pictures taken.
4. My make-​up held-​up all day and was flawless. I only had to re-​apply a little bottom liner (due to happy tears) and lip gloss (due to drinking wine :)). She used a setting spray that works wonders.
5. My mother looked amazing. She never wears make-​up and didn’t want anything heavy. She also didn’t bring in any photos to show what she might have wanted. Even with all of that, Bethany was able to produce a look that highlighted my mama’s natural beauty.
6. I used extensions because I wanted my side braid as long as we could get it. Bethany knows how to work with all hair types, real and fake ;). My braid looked amazing, I felt like a princess.
Overall, I highly recommend Bethany for both hair and make-​up for a special event. #FLAWLESS

Bethany is amazing at her craft. She has such talent and it shows. She did makeup for my May 2014 wedding. On my wedding day, I looked in the mirror and thought «Yes! This is the look I want!». She drove over 3 hours to meet me at my wedding location… how amazing is that!!!
I had heard and seen her work through blogs and websites so I knew she was very popular in the wedding industry. When I sent her an inquiry she was quick to respond to emails. I’m so glad I was able to have Her beautify me for my wedding! She will look at your face and knows what will work and what won’t. On the day of the wedding, she would constantly touch base with me to let me know what she was doing with the makeup, and make sure I was okay with how it looked. I felt she really understood the look I wanted that day. She even let me have an extra tube of the lip color she used so I could make touch-​ups after the ceremony.
Another great thing about Bethany is because of her expertise, she is very quick and efficient. We had allotted over 2.5 hours that morning in case we ran late but she showed up to my appointment promptly and were finished about 1 hour later. When she was finished with my makeup, I checked myself in the mirror and can say i was 100% happy with the results. My eyes smoky but not too dark and I still looked like myself. That was the best part; still feeling like I was me.
As brides, you have enough to worry about a lot on your big day. If you don’t want to worry about looking your best, hire Bethany as your pro artist!
