I have been a loyal customer at this store for 9 years. My young daughter brought in a picture to have shipped to her fiancé in Seattle. She had a painting done from an old window from and old demolished chicago building and the artist painted the Chicago skyline. So she went to the UPS store and the owner who knows my daughter and family packed the picture himself. She took out the insurance and paid 186.00 to ship it. He did not pack it correctly and it arrived shattered. Her fiancé took pictures and he lives in an apartment and he couldn’t keep the chards of glass as he has a dog. Now they will not cover it and she is out $ 500.00
It’s so discouraging as he knows this is not someone trying to scam him. I hope no one uses this UPS facility. I have 2 neighbors that do business here and I am going to contact them and ask them to switch to another carrier.

I always go here for school printing projects (especially comb binding). Price for b&w copies is the same as kinkos. Not sure on color.
Customer service is great. They instantly greet you and pay great attention to detail.
I had to send my Aunt glassware and was really worried as she lives in California. They reassured me as to how they’d pack it which required A LOT of bubble wrap and the package being double boxed. Worth the price! Sent it Second Day Air and arrived all in one piece.

Based on their absolutely terrible hours, I wanted to really dislike this and every other area UPS store, but the young, blonde girl working behind the counter was so freaking helpful that it was hard for me to keep up my naturally pissy façade… and believe me, I was trying.
If it weren’t for her infectious cheer, this review would be very different. She must be the bright-​est eyed, bushiest tailed UPS worker ever. Kudos to her. The world could use more people like that. F’Realz.
Beyond that, pretty standard, but like I said… Terrible business hours if you ever need to ship something outside of bankers hours. Opens at 9, closes at 6… whyyyy???

Watch out for this store, employee of the store stole their customer credit card info and ordered products from us, the product was shipped to the UPS store and the employee took that item, the owner of the store doesn’t care about his employee action and will not help us.
