Our breakfast was late — almost 11:00 am. My husband and I had the same thing which was our traditional eggs, bacon and toast. Boring to some, I guess. Our second visit to Broken Egg. The wait was short, the waiter was very friendly, and food was great. A good place to eat.

On vacation, was cold and burnt. Took forever and waitress never came to check on us. Will make sure we don’t return or suggest it to anyone.

Great service, great food! Breakfast and lunch with just enough of a twist to keep things interesting. This is a rapidly growing franchise and it is easy to see why.

My Husband, Daughter and I went in to give ABEC a try. We we arrived we waited about 5 minutes to be seated. They were busy but not insane for a Saturday morning. We were given menu and I chose almost right away. My husband said that he thought that the menu was poorly laid out and had issues navigating it. Him and our daughter ordered soon after. We asked the waitress a few questions and she was very knowledgeable of the menu and suggested I try the potato casserole if I like onions in my hash brows.(They were great.) We didn’t wait long for our food to come out. Everything came out perfect. I loved the way they plated the food. It gave a country feel to the otherwise modern restaurant. We enjoyed the food and service and atmosphere. We will be back and will recommend to others!

Well, the staff is seriously awful. I went with my fam on Saturday at about 11:45. Didn’t get out if there til 1. Took way too long to get our orders in and refills for coffee. They then messed up my moms order which was super awkward. The manager ended up paying for some of it. Won’t be back. They also sell their cups(which are super cute) for around $ 18. Pricey… :(

No orange juice at a breakfast restaurant. They said the truck hadn’t delivered yet. How about go to publix or Costco and buy some orange juice?

My favorite breakfast place in Naples! I’d give a five to the staff! Have been to ABE in Charlotte nc and Charlotte school and they have the real grits, Stone ground! Love this place!

Without a doubt the finest breakfast in Naples. Warm atmosphere, fresh and unique menu, very kind servers who were very attentive. Really cool bar seating — I have never seen that at a breakfast/café like this before. Just moved down from suburban Chicago where we had a few really good go-to breakfast places… but having tried 5 – 6 different places we were left wanting here in Naples. This was the best! We will be back!

Our first time here, we were greeted by an extremely friendly manager. Our waitress Jessica was also extremely pleasant. The menu is interesting, lots of choices if you’re watching your waist and want to be healthy or if you want to be bad. I was dying to try the french toast but I decided to be good and stuck with the Chez B omelette. Delicious ! My husband had the fried green tomato sandwich, he said it was good. We will definitely be back, enjoyed our visit !

Completely renovated from the Clock restaurant. Great bar with large windows facing 41. Clean and really nice and open inside. Started with the biscuit benets which were really good with powered sugar on them. They were warm and crispy on the outside. They were a little heavier than normal benets and had a biscuit flavor. The last one was not as warm and started to get hard and not so good. It took awhile for the benets to come out. Veggie burger was excellent and homemade and substituted hashbrown casserole for potatoes and they were awesome. Lots of people working there. Outdoor seating now too, where parking lot was. A little pricier than Clock, but food is better too. Less breakfast and egg dishes than I would have thought, because of their name. Only open til the afternoon too. Place is worth a try.

Stopped in to get a feel for this new place with my wife. Missy was very friendly and helpful. Bus staff personnel are quick to clear the dishes. The iced tea was fresh and tasty. Missy made sure our glasses were always filled/refilled. I’m looking forward to coming back. Both lunch and breakfast menus offer variety. Beignets are awesome with the marmalade.

This place is severely overrated. The service is slow, the food is mediocre and much of the staff is unfriendly. When waiting for a table we said we’d take the first available, they seated multiple parties who arrived after us before getting to seating us. They said the bar was first come first serve, but when we tried to sit there they said they were seating someone else there. I can’t wait to see what happens here during in season when it gets really busy. New and shiny does not equal a great new brunch place.

Went for lunch and it was moderately busy. The place is nice inside. Their coffee mugs are cute. Waited 35 minutes for a simple appetizer(not an exaggeration), then the server came over and asked if we had received it yet. Well, no, you didn’t bring it, so we didn’t receive it. She seemed surprised. So, service was sub par. The food was generally underwhelming. Wife said the burger tasted like cheap meat, and it wasn’t cooked the way she ordered it. My turkey pesto sandwich was good though. The«crispy potatoes» are a joke. Cold, soggy outside, dry inside. They must cook them in bulk, probably in the morning, and let them sit. Inexcusable. Even fast food places fry potatoes fresh to order. Calling them«crispy» is like pouring salt in a wound. Even my 9-year-old grandson barely touched his, and he eats anything. Overpriced for what it is(barely mediocre café food with poor service). Came to almost $ 50 for an appetizer, 2 sandwiches and a kids meal. Seriously disappointing.

If you want to feel like you’re having breakfast at your Mom’s house, come here! They make everything from scratch, from their whipped cream to their granola and sausage patties. The service is exceptional. I wish the iced coffee had free refills but other than that this is best breakfast place in town!

There is good to this 2 star review. Love the bright, clean, airy atmosphere. Sit in air conditioned space or outside on an attractive patio with umbrellas, or at outside tables with their benches built against the wall, and using the building’s overhang to give shade. As expected for a Sunday morning, it was a 45 wait for an inside table. There are a few bar seats that face a window looking out at US41. Hover, and the first vacant bar seat is yours. The house passes free, fresh, tiny, dense donuts that are incorrectly called beignets, to keep the waiting crowds from rioting. I had the«I love Lucy» omelette, named apparently because Lucy in an apron would have hustled it up in her black & white TV kitchen for Latin Ricky. I’m not convinced that management dodges judgment about being politically correct on that one. The serving was a scramble of perhaps two eggs. onions, a token amount of avocado, and alleged chorizo. It occurred to me that I might have to pass through a clinic to have my taste buds checked when I leave this Café. I didn’t know it was possible to make chorizo without a hot seasoning bite. The Manager was very apologetic, saying that local Naples’ tastes dictate that the meat be bland and not salty. OK. In contradiction to the waitress’ advice, he said a customer can ask for«hot» in advance because everything is made on site — including the chorizo. The catch here is that you have to know to do that in advance. Yikes. Didn’t get a heads up that hospital food would be served when I nailed my seat at the end of the counter Had to ask for hot sauce. Twice. Then had to ask for jelly. Then had to ask for a coffee refill. Twice. Gave up on a decision to ask for another thimble packet of half of half. The waitress pushed a bowl holding only 3 containers between my counter mate who I do not know and me to share. But! The check arrived promptly without prompting. I’m also not keen on being called honey, sweetie, and dear by total strangers who are younger than my own kid. O dear. Such a crank I am without adequate coffee, and holding a bill for $ 17.

The best breakfast I’ve had in Naples. Service was great and the manager(Rob) made everyone feel welcome. The menu was expansive and diverse. I had the crab, crawfish and andouille sausage omelette and it was incredible. This plus is a must for breakfast, lunch or brunch.

In the words of our waitress; «It was a rough ride.» Upcharge, upcharge, split plate charge. Total tourist trap. Went with my parents and sister. My sister and I discussed ordering two plates and sharing so we could taste both menu items. The waitress was quick to jump on us with«that will be a split plate charge». Trading an English muffin for a biscuit, «Upcharge». Pancakes were sweet. Eggs benedict below par. No syrup or coffee sweetner on the table, probably a stategic way to make you ask for it and hit you with another«upcharge». I never want to revisit this experience. Overall disappointing. It should be called«The upcharge egg café».
