The owners and staff were friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well organized and there is a nice variety of areas. Of course, when you go at peak times there will be waiting. Other times, you have no crowds. A nice addition to Naples and a fun alternative to the beach.

Unfortunately Bounce is going to have a lot of growing pains. There is a very big demand for this type facility but they have not figured out how to run it. It was the most rainy weekend of the year and they were not ready. They did try to accommodate where they could but it just didn’t work. We ended up going to Skyzone the first day. The second day of this rainy weekend we tried earlier in the day. They have a ridiculous height requirement on EVERYTHING including basketball courts noone was using, and to jump into the foam pit. They have neither of these age or height requirements at Skyzone so what could possibly be the point? Also there was NOONE on the basketball courts and they wouldn’t allow a 6year old child to shoot the ball. Where is the sense in that? There were 50(or more) children crowded into the Under 6 area and(the rest of the place was practically empty) it was 1130am on a Sunday morning. After complaining to the manager that they were at more risk for not having enough space for children to even safely jump, they opened a back dodgeball court, which was nice, but still did not make up for some of the real issues here. Here are a few suggestions: 1. Take down the height requirements off of every area or at least figure out a way to better separate it so all children can use all the facilities. Skyzone has comfortably figured this out. At Skyzone the entire facility is available to all ages and is divided by colorful dividers or an individual basketball hoop for the smaller kids. 2.Consider time limits by age group Example : *Saturday and Sunday 10am-12pm ages 8 and under can use the entire facility *Monday-Friday 11−1pm same rule and then the rest of the day have all the age and height requirements you want the rest of the day THE8ANDUNDERDEMOGRAPHICISYOURLARGESTPOPULATIONFIRSTTHINGINTHEMORNING!!! 3. Have a limit of people you let in during the slotted time segments. What is the point of letting 100 people in if there is nowhere to bounce? It is sad when a customer can clearly see what is going wrong and easy solutions to fix it. Also the owner should have done his homework and gone to its biggest competitor, only 25 minutes away, and seen how they have managed these simple problems. Unfortunately we will not be returning until these problems are fixed or my son grows 2 inches or turns seven which is in a year from now. I am very disappointed as I was extremely excited about Bounce opening and having a great place for my son to go with his friends. You guys are really missing the boat on this one. I hope you figure it out, fast.
