You know your standard Starbucks… but here are some things that make this Starbucks unique:
1. It’s in an interesting location. Hard to see from the plaza and I already don’t like the plaza its in because it can be confusing to navigate. This isn’t too much of an issue once you’ve been there at least once, but for new comers to this location I can see how it might be frustrating. It’s also not built for a long drive through line, but usually there are no more than 3 – 4 cars in front of you so that’s not really an issue.
2. Their sandwiches always come out way too hot.
3. I don’t like their new chorizo spicy breakfast sandwich. The meat tastes way too processed (like more processed than normal).

Immensely slow service. I waited so long for two Venti iced caramel macchiatos that I truly thought they forgot about me. I feel that drive-thru customers seem to take priority over other customers. All in all though, I love Starbucks and I’m always pleased with the quality of the product.

Everyone knows Starbucks… so what can I tell you that you may not know.
1). This location is good for drive through
2). Inside is pretty small, and there is almost always a line when I go
3). Outside seating is small, not as nice as some other locations

I SAID NO WHIP!!! How many times does it take a barista to read a receipt that clearly states NO WHIP CREAM!!! Clearly takes someone who doesn’t work at a Starbucks. It sounds so petty but honestly I’ve gone through a drive-thru TWICE because they simply don’t care about what the order on the receipt states. Justsayin the Cheesecake Factory does a better job with the no whip! I honestly feel at this Starbucks location I have to slowly and loudly speak my order for them to get it right and mostly it’s always wrong even for something as simple as the NO WHIP!!! I’m sorry but I don’t have a darn repeat button other than that it’s good stuff :)

Maybe the best location I’ve been to in the Naples/Ft.Myers area. The baristas are always polite and pleasant. Even though this is one of the few drive through stores they never miss a beat and are always at top service speed. I’ve never waited more than a minute or two. Ever! Thanks for doing a wonderful job and encouraging my ridiculous addiction to starbucks coffee. :)

Although quite busy this Starbucks has one of the shorter waits in Naples. The drive through moves pretty well as most of the customers go inside to order. The staff is friendly and efficient. There is a nice patio if you don’t mind staring at the cars in the drive through.

This place apparently has trouble completing a simple order, don’t go into the drive through, you will wait 20 min and come out with something that you didn’t order. This is the 3^rd time. Thanks for the pumpkin spice latte (ordered an ice coffee) smh

the website says they open at 5:30 am, multiple times i have tried to grab an early coffee around 5:45 and they are not open, thus making it disappointing and sending me in other retailers directions. So be advised, they are not true to their hours.

This place is pretty packed for a random Starbucks! Looks like there are a few meet up group that hang here on the regular — which makes it more fun for me :)

The seating has completely changed. My favorite booth seating by the window is gone. This may be due to it being Sunday or the holiday season so the large buffet style tables are meant for larger groups or to bring strangers closer. But one thing I do know is there needs to be some Xmas music playing to spread the holiday spirit in this busy place.

Stopped by here after a massage and went through the drive-thru, so that’s all I can comment on.
The drive-thru was definitely super quick and the barista taking and making my order did well. Mah tea tasted good!
I would like to mention that it wasn’t busy at all, so the drive-thru might be a different story then.
