Edible Arrangements

This is a follow-​up to a previous review placed on 12÷9÷15, I was contacted by phone today by the business who apologized for the issue and wanted to provide a refund for the order
I believe this shows a sincere desire to provide good customer service and it would not be fair for me to not include this after my original review
Kudos to John and the rest of the staff at the Naples edible arrangements

I revcieved the most beautiful bouquet of fruit dipped in chocolate, with a box of assorted fruits dipped in chocolate. I also go 3 balloons saying I love you and a cute little teddy bear! You guys a more amazing and I truly loved it all! Guys and girls this is the perfect gift for your loved one or a birthday party/​graduation party/​bachelorette party and kind of event for people who have a sweet tooth. You guys did such a great job and the presentation was to die for! I hope to get more of these! Bravo!!!

I am vacationing in Naples for my birthday, and a loved one attempted to send me an edible arrangement as a surprise. We missed the delivery, but called back multiple times to reschedule the delivery during open hours. No one answered our calls OR called back in response to our voicemails. I will be leaving today, and now won’t receive my gift. Timeliness should be a key priority. Extremely poor customer service.

I had a delivery sent to my mother for her birthday. She spends the winters in Marco Island, so I was looking for something more fun than flowers. What a hassle. I ordered the arrangements a week ahead of time, but come to realize they deliver up until 9pm at night. I checked the order status the next day and it said «Delivery unsuccessful». So I had to call the store and find out that they could not leave the package there and they left a note to reschedule the delivery the next day. Why couldn’t I just choose a delivery time so my mom doesn’t have to sit in her house from 9am-​9pm waiting for a surprise gift? The people at the store were so rude and completely dismissive. No one even offered to reimburse me for the delivery charge. I paid for delivery on a specific date and that did not happen, so I believe that is the least they could do. What a scam business. I never heard of deliveries at 9pm at night. You sell fruit. Who wants fruit delivered at 9pm. Get more delivery guys. I will never order from them again, very rude and disrespectful to me over the phone.
