The owner has since called me and invited me back to his salon for another chance — well done!
I’m not 100% sure I will go –but impressed with his call! So I’ve redone my stars due to the fact the owner made a great effort fixing the situation !
Went in and ask for a wash and blow dry! I was so disappointed in the results — a older women who barely spoke English washed and blew dry my hair and did a horrible job. I looked better when I walked in — she also told me she was only able to do blow drys and nothing else which was very strange! I ask about getting highlights and she recommended another girl but when I got to the front desk the rude receptionist told me that I could not make an appointment with her without a referral /​I said the lady that blew dry my hair just referred her to me– she said sorry it had to be a paying customer referral ! I do not recommend this place at all! Very awkward !

I tried this salon several times and was disappointed with my haircuts and experienced price creep. The cuts just we’re not precision. The receptionist got snippy when I told her they were charing me a few dollars more with each visit. She came across like an elitist. I will not go back.

I made a last minute appointment for my birthday today and the salon was quick to accomadate. A bright-​eyed woman came from the back, Melissa. She made me feel completely at ease during the consultation. I needed some help on my hair color… I attempt doing it myself more often than less. After she added some color we decided on a wash, cut, and dry but she pulled something out I’ve never dated to try on my hair. A diffuser! She showed me how to use it so I feel comfortable doing it on my own. I loved the outcome! I’m obsessed with my new hair! I will defiantly be visiting this salon again, especially for Melissa!

After moving to Naples from NYC and trying several local salons/​stylists, I was so happy to find Felix Andrew! Aveda color is great on my hair and my stylist, Holly, does a fantastic job on application. I have blonde hair and am very picky about my highlights being bright yet natural looking and I always leave her chair happy!
The salon itself is very nice and who doesn’t love a complimentary hand massage? If you aren’t sure where to go in Naples for professional, high quality hair services, definitely give Felix Andrew a try!

I needed a touch up on my color and decided to try an Aveda salon .
I googled a few in the area and called to inquire about services but each time the phone was answered by bored/​uninterested receptionists. Until Amy at Felix Andrew who was bubbly and friendly and got me an appointment right on the day and time I wanted and paired me with Jen L .
So far so good ! Well I wasn’t disappointed — Jen L (there are three other Jens there) did an amazing job and I even went ahead and got my hair cut as well .
I left feeling great with super shiny hair and not a big bill.
I am picky about my hair and customer service and Felix Andrew does a fantastic job of combining both .
On a last note, it’s a friendly warm salon without the high ticket attached
Cant wait to go back

I am returning to the area and looking for a new salon. Have been using an EXCELLENT Aveda salon on west coast and decided to stay with the product/​brand.
This experience was horrific. I originally booked in Coconut Mall, however, they called day of appointment to cancel because stylist had to go to vet with dog (understandable since I am an animal lover!) I was re booked at Pine Ridge location. I specifically asked for a senior stylist as I was receiving color and wanted them to contact my other salon for the formula.
Check in was friendly, however, the salon seemed dated, dark and extremely dirty! Would definitely not have booked if I had actually walked into the place.
As I was picked up by my stylist, she did little to consult me on what I wanted and I ended up with the WORSE cut I have ever received. The color is ok, but a little brassier than I am used to and she had to leave half way thru to make more product. Money is not an object to me when it comes to hair, so the price has nothing to do with it. However, from the shampoo experience (awful!) to changing in a disgusting, dark bathroom, should have made me run out before the scissors started! I now have a «mullet” – yes, my long, layers have turned into a «shelf» with a few strands hanging lower in the back! There was no blending in, texturizing bangs, etc – total disaster! And this was a SENIOR stylist…
I don’t even know where to begin… I have contacted the salon, so hopefully they will call and be able to come up with a solution to this mess…
I am still a loyal AVEDA user but will be much more careful with who touches my hair in the future!

i’ve been getting my hair cut here for 3 years. i get a great cut everytime and i love the aveda products. make your appoinment in advance. the price is more affordable than some of the other higher end salons but i go here and get a great, stylish cut everytime and have always been satisfied. ask for a stylist that is best for the type of cut you’re looking for.
