The Om Spa

Unbelievable experience! The staff is absolutely wonderful and the space is beautiful and peaceful. Every time I come to Naples I will be scheduling appointments!

My mom and my sister came to naples for R&R over a long weekend. We decided to get a spa treatment at The Om Spa, this place is Charming and very relaxing! The staff are so nice and friendly. We decided to try their package. We had a massage, facial and a pedicure. The service was great and much better than other resort spas in Naples. Mary and Angela was amazing they did our massages and it was the best we’ve ever had and give us a little extra time to work on our specific concern. Our facials were a slice of heaven, the head and neck massage was fantastic and our skin felt so radiant. Joy who did our pedicure was really friendly and did a wonderful job on our toes. We are definitely coming back and I highly recommend the spa to everyone! It was a great experience.

I bought a couples massage and a facial from the OM spa as a gift for my boyfriend and unfortunately it was a huge disappointment.
I was originally drawn to the spa because of high ratings and prices significantly lower than the hotel spas. We got a 50 min Swedish couples massage but I couldn’t help but feel jipped by the whole experience.
First when I filled out the new client paper work I circled my shoulders and upper back as an area to focus on. The woman came to talk to me and upsell me to deep tissue. I declined but just said to do what she can in the realm of Swedish. During the massage, she barely massaged my back at all and spent about 30 of my 40 mins massaging my arms and legs which is not what I was looking for. It was basically like she was putting lotion on me.
We arrived at 950 but weren’t taken back to our massage room until about 1015 for a 10 o’clock massage. We were out of our beds and dressed by 1050. That is insane! Not the 50 min massage we paid for!
Overall, I get a much better experience at a chain like Massage Envy or Hand and Stone. It was relaxing and peaceful spa but the massage itself was totally weak and not what I expected from a supposed 50 min Swedish massage. My boyfriend still has a facial scheduled so hopefully that’s better but I will never purchase another treatment here. Huge disappointment especially since I wanted to try other treatments like dermaplane, float spa, and foot detox.
Lastly the owner will not apply the Unilocal offer unless you ask for it so be sure to ask. I didn’t even get my $ 10 off for checking in! Hugely disappointed huge waste of money.
Ps– don’t wear cute clothes to the spa because they use straight oil. My skin is so greasy it’s disgusting and I’m hoping my dress isn’t ruined.

Had an excellent visit for a manicure and pedicure. The overall environment is very relaxing and there is superb customer service. Joyce was wonderful!

I was traveling to Naples to visit my best friend for her birthday. I booked a spa day for the two of us including a massage, facial and spa pedicure. I had very specific for how I wanted the day to go and not only did the staff meet my expectations but they absolutely exceeded them! They made my friend’s birthday so special and I couldn’t be happier! I will certainly be visiting the Om Spa next time I am in Naples.

I loved spending time at Om Spa. I went there with my boyfriend and it was a new, unique experience for both of us. The rooms are well-​kept and the service there was amazing. They are all compassionate and gifted people. I chose a facial treatment as well as the mani/​pedi. Along with that I received a deep tissue massage which I highly recommend! I will definitely come again
