Neil, his family and staff are very professional. I have brought in a few watches that stopped working for various reasons and they always charge me a fair price and the service has been excellent. Most recently I brought in an old woman’s Movado watch I inherited and Neil replaced the battery and cleaned the inside mechanisms for $ 20. Now it runs great!
