Very POOR customer service, no one around to help you when you have questions. Long lines at the checkout counter. They really need new management at this place. Needed to buy new fabric for a big project, but instead left in disappointment and took my money to another business.

I have never been to Naples before, I came to visit my son and parents. We stopped at Jo-Ann’s to do some quick shopping around 8;15 pm. Most of the sales people on thee floor where very helpful and nice but then we went to check out and that’s when things got ugly! Their was a male cashier, tall, brown hair who had this look on his face like «Can’t you people see that it’s 8:45pm
He rings us up and then my dad realized he needed more change from the car so he sent my son to get it and that man just huffed and puffed and made it very obvious we were no welcome there!

Jo Ann’s has great sales. Be sure to print the coupons out from the website. You can usually find the 40% off coupon easily.
The fabric selection is okay. I find it better than hobby lobby.
I despise when the cutting counter does not use the number system. I wish all the employees were consistent with the system. Waiting for fabric to be cut is a necessary evil but when they don’t use an efficient system it makes it unbearable.
