What a hidden gem! Quaint privately owned little bakery located in a business park right off Old Rt 41 in North Naples! Bright and clean with a viewing window to watch them making customized cakes, cookies, and pastries. The customized cakes are stunning… and the Mini Pastries and Cookies are just like homemade (maybe even better)

THE MOST AWESOME CAKE! We met with the owner Elizabeth for a consult on our wedding cake and knew this was the place for us. Elizabeth was extremely kind and patient and very helpful. We had a tasting and the cake was just heaven. All the flavors were so good that we had trouble picking our flavors. We ended up with chocolate cake with raspberry and vanilla with banana. Everyone loved our cake. It was the most beautiful cake I have ever seen. The team exceeded our expectations with the decorations and matching our invitation.
DO NOT LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE. This is the place for your specialty cake. We could not be more happy with our cake. Thank you Mikkelsen’s!!!

Great desserts! Lots of variety, although the store was a little difficult to find. It is in a very unlikely place. I wish they had a better storefront, more visible and accessible without having to go «out if the way». Other than that, all the desserts I’ve sampled were really good. I’m glad to have found a good dessert place here in Naples.

Friends asked us to bring dessert and, not being familiar with any local bakery, we consulted Unilocal and found Mikkelsen’s. So glad we did! It’s in an unlikely spot, basically in a business park, but our GPS guided us just fine. We bought a few fancy tarts and they were all delicious. We also bought a few cookies just for us to try and they were really buttery and wonderful too!

Amazing… being in CT and needing a birthday cake for my very special friend’s 80th in FL, I found Mikkelsens on line… and through conversations and emails with great direction from Elizabeth at Mikkelsens we collaborated to have the most amazing result… a beautiful and most delicious cake… wonderful textures, scrumptious flavors, and beautiful to behold! Everyone ooh’d and ahh’d at its appearance which was actually eclipsed by its appreciation once served. It was truly a crowd pleaser for this tough crowd of foodies! Thanks so much, Mikkelsen’s.

Could I give more than 5 stars? I would if I could! First found them and enjoyed their tarts– key lime is to die for! Then they made my brother’s wedding cake and a friend’s 25th anniversary cake. Both beautiful and delicious. Most recently, we got a birthday cake, golden sponge with raspberry cream filling and chocolate ganache — of course decorated with beautiful flowers and an elegant birthday greeting. Love this family-​owner business and their friendly service as well. Don’t miss this place!

The staff is amazing! Whenever I come they are always so helpful when I am indecisive. They would ask a series of questions to see what I would love!
Also, I love that there is a glass between the kitchen and front so you can watch!
Their cakes are fantastic, as well as pastries. The ones I tried aren’t to sweet which I had asked for! Definitely recommend.

I stopped by Mikkelsens’s Bakery to pick up my birthday pastries. Delicious chocolate mousse tower, fantastic tiramisu, great key lime tart and awesome coconut tart. The location is a little off the beaten track but well worth the drive! Good customer service and nice, clean bakery! Excellent selection of pastries!
