Excellent service at New Balance Naples!!! It’s not just a shoe store the sales associates are fit specialist and take their time with you to make sure you have the right shoes for your feet! Won’t buy my New Balance shoes anywhere else. They even special ordered shoes for my two children as they don’t have baby shoes. Not only did they order them they ordered two sizes each because they wanted to make sure my children had the perfect fit. Thank you New Balance and Hannah our sales person!

Absolutely shocked at how poorly I was treated in this New Balance location, especially considering I have been a loyal NB customer for over 20 years! I will never go back there again. Simply appalling. :-(

Went to the New Balance store in Creve Coeur and had a bad experience. I was in Naples and thought well I still need a pair of shoes and I like New Balance why not? I mean most people go on vacation and buy a pair of shoes right? I walked in and was greeted by the same person who sold me my last pair of shoes at this location. I have to admit I did not remember him but he remembered me. Now that is scary stuff. He asked a few questions went back got a pair of shoes that fit like a glove. I purchased them. Don’t know why I have to go to Naples for shoes but heck why not?
