I will NEVER go into this store again — they have nice shoes but terrible business policies. I bought two pair of shoes, was having them shipped — the saleswoman said they were going to be shipped on Monday (I bought them Sunday) — A week later I did not have them — I called and she said I told her to ship them at the end of the week, which was a lie and then she said they had shipped on Friday (I called Saturday) Four days later I called again to get the tracking number and found out that the shoes were only shipped this Monday NOT ON FRIDAY AS SHE HAD SAID TO ME. Terrible way to run a business with salespeople that are totally incompetent! They may h ve nice shoes but so do a lot of other stores in Naples…

They sell narrows! Yay! Good selection of all shoes, though. Great shop!
