I had a great experience here. The service was highly professional and I really liked getting an email when my items were ready to be picked up. The items were returned in excellent condition. I will definitely go here for all my future dry-​cleaning needs.

They were able to be ready a day earlier than their initial time because of time constraint I had. Excellent job!

I took my cleaning to pristine cleaners for about a year and a half and was happy with them. Then I had to have a linen slip cover from my living room sofa dry cleaned. Instead of dry cleaning it they washed it and shrunk it. When I told them about it, Anthony told me that they would cover the replacement cost. I ordered and paid for it and when I sent the invoice to Anthony to pay he pulled a bait and switch and said they would not pay for it even after saying this is not the first time they have done this. I called and emailed the owner located in Princeton NJ and he never had the courtesy to respond to any of my attempts. Needless to say I don’t go there anymore and took my business to Jerrys Cleaners.

Very good service would have liked including delivery given it was an expensive service. Thanks, shirts were perfect.

I think this dry cleaners does a nice job with cleaning the clothes, however their customer service is really lacking. They lost two pieces of clothing and I tried repeatedly (at least 5 times) to get the issue resolved and they never took care of it. They told me that they thought the clothes has accidentally gone to a customer who was out of town and they would contact them when they returned to Naples. I waited over 6 months and they never followed up. I even went back and said I would just accept a credit for the lost clothes and never got an answer or a return phone call. Needless to say I was very disappointed and have brought my business elsewhere. I would not recommend them.

Best service of any cleaner in FLorida. Just the nicest people and clothes are taken care of with expert precision. LOVE THEM

Clothes come out very clean. the problem is the PRICE and SERVICE. A pair of short cost close to $ 10. I had to go back 3 times to pick up one order.
