I contracted Rollsecure Shutters to install hurricane protection on my home in Naples. From the first phone call to set an appointment to the final inspection I was pleased with the company. The time frame for the installation was exactly what I was told, they went above and beyond for me. The installers were the best and when they were done with the installation you would never know they were there. I would highly recommend this company to everyone who insists on quality work.

After waiting 3 months for my new window to come in, it took another month to arrange installation. I wasn’t available the only time they offered for installation, and I had to call back several times to finally arrange installation. I was told someone would call me back to schedule it, but they never did. When I finally asked for my money back, they arranged it. I think they are mainly interested in big jobs for condo associations, not individual customers. The installation itself was adequate, but dusty & messy. And I wish I had realized that my new $ 3,000 Windows don’t tilt in for cleaning and have very cheap screens with plastic frames.
