I have seen«Brandon» in here before for a pedicure and he was dynamite. Truly. This review does not reflect on him, per se, yet when I walked in this morning I was not greeted by either person that were on their phones Facebooking with their heads down. One of the folks doing another pedicure got their attention for me. The attitude was like, «what do you want? Hurry up…» It felt underwhelmingly inviting. I asked for Brandon and that she had to look up his schedule was a burdensome task. She came back with, «you will have to come back in a few hours.» While that would have been okay if I lived in the area or was going to hang out in a random strip mall, it was rude. Her delivery was just plain unprofessional. When I said that I would come back another day then, she turned around barely said a murmur or attempted to offer another person in his place which would have been fine with me. Nail salons don’t usually like to let costumes go that easily. Not every establishment needs to be 5-star RITZ, but ATLEAST say«hello» and«goodbye.» That’s not too much to ask for. I’m unsure if I’ll go back. There are many other places in town. Sorry Brandon. :(He is talented at his craft. The front desk folks/managers left me feeling like I don’t want to walk in there again.

I’ve been here a total of three times. The first time was great and the second time I went for a gel manicure and the guy I had seemed very rushed and my nails looked terrible! And finally I went in last week for a mani and pedi and my nail tech(Kevin) did a great job on my pedicure, but my nails were a different story. I got a gel French and within two days my polish was chipping and their were light and dark spots. Not to mention he was actually pretty rude. It is a beautiful and very clean nail salon but I definitely won’t be returning.

I walk in the salon and everyone is staring at me. I said to the guy(owner) at the desk I needed 2 nails fixed; how long and how much. He said oh like $ 3 I said okay can someone help me now? He points to a clipboard that says«CLOSED» on it. I said oh you’re closed? He said yea haha. I said you should’ve told me that before or had your door locked. He just looked at me and laughed?! NEVERWILL I GOTHEREORRECOMMENDTHESHOP! Rude

I have been in this nail spa several times and did not like some of the tech’s work in there. They didn’t do a good job and were somewhat aloof. However, I gave it another chance and got«Lisa» and I have to say she is the best tech in all my years… bar none! She is nice, attractive, professional, fast, professional, and my mani/pedi lasts FOREVER! I am 57 years old and been to a lot of salons and she is the best!!! Call ahead and make an appt. to be sure and get her! She is the best!

I actually quite liked this place. It’s usually a bit unnerving to walk into a new place but I’m glad I did. Beautiful interior with separate areas for pedis and manis. There’s even a tiny bar that offers all sorts of drinks and even cocktails. I chose water and it was given to me in a wine glass with ice cubes. Refreshing! My experience was not rushed one bit, nor did it take hours. Vivian took her time and I felt like she took the time to do it right. I asked her to do my eyebrows as well and I appreciated that she listened to how I wanted them and comprehended 100%. Prices were not unreasonable… for a pedi, gel manicure, and eyebrow tweezing it came to $ 82. The few extra dollars was worth the experience of being cared for and not being rushed or felt like I was bothering someone.

I have been going here every 6 weeks for several years and am very pleased. I definitely agree with the review that Stephanie is wonderful and she is very accommodating! Vu always does my pedicures and on occasion, gel nails. He really is the BEST! Takes his time, talks to clients and has a great personality! Clients are served mixed drinks, wine or whatever you love! Highly recommend!

First of all, the receptionist, Stephanie is a SWEETHEART. I love this salon, especially the tech I go to(and have been for years) Vu. Vu has always done such a great job, no matter if I was just getting my nails painted, acrylics(had for about two years) or pedicures. The salon is well kept and it is so unique that they will pour you a cocktail while you get your toes done!

This nail salon was recommended by a friend. I had a pedicure, as did my girlfriend. We both enjoyed our pedicures and they did a very good job. They even serve flavored drinks for no additional charge. Highly recommended!

Oh my goodness. So so very bad. Front desk girl is rude and acts like she’s too good for anyone in there. The woman who did my nails, Dianne, while nice and sort of personable I guess, gave me the absolute worst manicure ever. First she and every other girl in there gave me shit for getting my toes shellacked at my place back home. Then told me that they won’t shellac them here because«it’s inconvenient». On to the manicure… Shellac is all over my hands, cuticles and fingers. It’s lumpy and parts of my nails aren’t even painted. The«snowflake» she painted on my finger looks like a poor example of a spiderweb. And to top it off, the UV light that dries your shellac, burned my hand it was that hot. I should have been smart and read the reviews before coming in here. My friend got a pedicure however and he loved it. I’ll let him leave his own review. My experience was worth less than one star.

Came in here a few days ago to get a shellac manicure. It’s $ 5 more expensive here than other places. I was in a hurry and it was close by. Waited about 5 minutes(not bad) and sat down. Front desk chick brought me some water. The woman doing my nails was personable but very rushed and didn’t take her time. The shellac was all over the sides of nails and on my cuticles. She smeared the shellac when she was putting on the top coat. One of the lights stopped working so in order for her to paint or massage my hands, my arms were completely crossed from one station to the next. Not exactly an enjoyable massage. My nails are so jacked it looks like a child did them. I gave this place two stars instead of one because although it’s the worst shellac manicure I’ve ever had, they were pleasant. Pelican Nails or Utopia Nails do a better job.

The Front Desk girl is very rude. She acts as though she doesn’t have time for you. Honey this is your buisness we pay your bills treat clients with respect. Diane did good work an joanne is very sweet. Downside again went in with my sister she just wanted a polish change. Shelack. They said they don’t do that and she had to pay $ 40 for a full manicure. She said I don’t need one I just want a polish change. They wouldn’t do it so we left.

I have so many complaints about this place so I’ll just stick to the biggies. I’ve been to this salon twice before and thought they were ok but a little expensive. The last, and I mean last, time I was told that it would be a ten minute wait for a pedi. I was taken to a chair and sat with my feet soaking for 40 minutes. It wasn’t until I complained that Sabrina began the pedi. It was ok until the next day when the nails started to break. But the worst was the acrylic fill with Diane. She’s rude and a lot rougher than is necessary. The mani started to fall apart the next day but since we were leaving for the season I didn’t have time to go back. When I got back home I went to a local place to repair the damage and there was FUNGUS on one of my nails. The woman here did a great job in repairing it without too much pain, but all of it unnecessary if Royal Nails had cleanliness standards and didn’t cheap out. So fair warning — if you decide to go to this place don’t use Diane and be careful of their work overall.

I love the pedicures, here. They are a little on the pricey side, which is the only reason i’m not giving them a 5 out of 5 stars. For a special treat, I will always go to Royal Nails!
