The worst run wholesaler in the Naples area. Costco is so much better, for starters. In short, go to Costco and then visit Sams and you will realize the vast differences in atmosphere and mannerisms of their staff. Sams is like Walmart in ownership and every other aspect. Its the dregs of consumer life in America. But the good new is it can get worse! Their help could smack you on your head every time you asked a question. Now they politely answer you in Spanish. Sams doesn’t take American express. Sams sells dirty scuffed up glasses on their racks and not clean, new ones in storage.

We shop at Sam’s all thee time for personal and business use. The gas prices are worth every penny of the membership fee!!! The prices just can’t be beat for 90% of everything needed. The free samples on the weekend are great and sometimes the video games are on a super sale! The food court is very cheap and not to shabby for a quick bite or a soda. We use our Plus membership card for pharmacy discounts and get money back as we spend. They also have a free sample machine where you scan your membership card. Overall a great place.

Service and attitude of employees and managers are terrible at this location. Long line to get in, long lines at every kiosk, long line at the checkout, long line at the exit door, advertised products that are not available. I can’t believe you pay money for a membership! Terrible just terrible.

Customer service has been going down lately at this location they crossed the line when they were rude to my wife and made her feel like if she was a bother to them last time i checked we pay a membership fee which in turn gives us access to the store and also allows them to have a job without the members there wouldn’t be a Sams for them to work at they need to check out what Costco is doing Costco is strict on their policy but they are not rude or disrespectful to their members we shop less and less at Sams since they have lost their focus on quality value and now customer service its a shame.

sams has some good stuff… but the people that go there are what i cant stand…(to be honest a lot of people annoy me)(but thats another story) like lately for instance… i know the rainy season is winding down. but… this sams has the covered drive so you can load your car… always nice when its pouring down rain… but most of the average mouth-breathers around here dont understand the concept… you pull all the way forward as far as you can… load your stuff and get going!!! and TURNOFF your engine!!! …especially you people with diesels!!! i dont know how many times i have asked people to shut their cars off its enuff to almost make me go all GTA on people sometimes… ok rant over…

SAMs starting to compete with Costco. This store is now brighter and more cashiers are helping to speed the lines up. Avoid this place @ 5:00 and weekends. They still need a better system for exit receipt checkers they get bogged at times. Gas prices are a slightly better for Naples standard. Not always the best prices but deals are plentiful. Automatic car wash was not that great.

Decent prices, decent selection Sam’s vs. Costco — Costco wins. Sorry Sam, but you’re quality and selection just aren’t as good as Costco’s. P. S. One thing I’ve heard is Sam’s takes food stamps and Costco doesn’t. Also Sam’s takes Master Card, Discover, and personal checks vs. Costco only takes American Express and Debit card, and personal checks.
