Skin Deep Laser Naples

I went to Skin Deep for laser tattoo removal. First, their pricing is INCREDIBLE when compared to any other place, including Riverchase. I mean literally 75% less! I had my consultation and first treatment on the same day. Jennifer, the technician, was super friendly and knowledgeable and warned me the process is going to hurt. The bonus is that the pain only lasts 30 seconds and then it’s over. The chiller does an ok job of cooling the area off but nothing incredible in terms of pain reduction. I’m not sure what people think it’s going to feel like when they are using HEAT to burst the ink into small enough bits for the body to absorb. You are paying for them to burn your tattoo: yes it’s going to hurt and it’s going to smell. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of everyone there. I look forward to my future treatments!

I’ve had my tattoo’s removed there last year. I came from another dermatology practice that I tried. The local anesthetic hurt more that the treatment. I like the fact that Skindeep has their own laser. The tech did a great job, being very professional and attentive. My tattoo is gone now yet my wife had hair removal and goes regularly for peels. I highly recommend this medspa.

UPDATE — Read my original post. My opinion hasn’t changed. Prior to reading my Unilocal review, the owner called me to reschedule my appointment a THIRD time, since the laser was still not back from maintenance. I was treated with a long story about their technician went to South America and they knew days ago it wouldn’t be back in time, but waited until right before my appointment time to cancel.
When I expressed my concerns, the owner offered every excuse possible for the sub-​standard treatment. She did everything BUT apologize. She said she didn’t have records of so many cancellations (So, because you don’t have records, it didn’t happen?) I was definitely not told there was a «sick child.» I was told it was «an important meeting.»
I think it’s so nice they are now concerned for my «safety,» instead of purchasing equipment that actually works. I forgot about the «chiller.» The only thing it does is disperse the odor. Even that wasn’t working one day because someone left the treatment room door closed and it overheated from all of the equipment. Oh the joy of smelling burning flesh! No surprise, I was also told they don’t give refunds.
Then lo and behold, she read my Unilocal review and offered to give me a refund. What a surprise! Smart business move to get rid of a vocal customer rather than fix the problems. Of course, I waited until the check cashed to post this update.
I also spoke with my dermatologist. She highly recommends Riverchase Dermatology for tattoo removal so I will definitely be checking them out.

Went in for laser hair removal, and while the hair disappeared for a few weeks, it is ALL back now. I had 10 treatments all in all (they didn’t keep accurate count, but I did). The most recent technician I had claimed that the previous one had no clue what she was doing after I complained that the hair was back. Not very professional! Same thing happened to a friend of mine. I have since gone to another laser spa and have had great results. Do not waste your money here!

I am adding an update to my last review…
I received a call back from Skin Deep and was asked to go in so that a Medical Aesthetician could take a look at the pigmentation and scar that was left from my last visit. Jennifer was very apologetic and offered a great resolution. I am «ok» with the outcome of the visit and hope to have this unattractive pigmentation off my face by the end of next month. This larger scar that was left on my forehead is not going to fade easily and I’m sure more than one session will be needed.
I can’t give a 4 or 5 star just yet. I’ll have to see the outcome and results of my next visit.

Went here for laser hair removal. They have a very professional and knowledgable staff. The treatment was virtually painless and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They are also very reasonably priced. I have had laser hair removal done before at a different place and it was extremely painful and didn’t even work. I would definitely recommend Skin Deep to anyone.
My mom also went here for facial treatments and was extremely happy with her results as well and has already referred many of her friends.
