Last year service was great, this year NOT! Looks like a change in ownership. Food not as good and service not as good as before. I need to find a new breakfast spot in Naples.

I really enjoy the food and environment here and we come every year, but they are consistently ridiculously slow. It took us 20 minutes just to order at the counter. It seems their business model is for one staff to take one order and that person then makes that order(like an ice cream shop). I’ll be back but at least I have said my peace.

Delicious bagels. Tried a spinach bagel with butter and jam. Coffee counter was great! Tried the house blend. Average eggs and sausage patty. Cool chilled ambience and you could sit there and play a game of checkers. It would’ve been 5 stars but the forks and cups were not very clean. Had a lipstick mark on my coffee cup and had to wipe down my own utensils. Overall would return again.

Grate place for fresh bagels and locally roasted coffee. I would recommend the rock castle with sausage and home fries and don’t forget the woodstead hot sauce.

Waste of time and money. Pancakes were Bisquick. Service was non-existent. First time in my life that I ordered something and didn’t take a single bite. When I ordered the veggie omelette, I asked if the vegetables were cooked.(I cannot eat raw onions.) «Yes, they are!» I was assured. Also noting that they were out of almost every kind of bagel, I ordered an «everything bagel», which they did have, excited to have a fresh one. Well, as she put in our order, the next two people in line ordered everything bagels – AFTERME – and received them, thus giving away the one I ordered. And then about 35 minutes later, our food finally arrives – all the veggies are completely raw, wrong bagel, and Bisquick pancakes with fake maple syrup. Of course, the server never comes to check on us or anything. I just shoved my food to the side. Bottom line: GOSOMEWHEREELSE.

You know what, this is a really nice little coffee/breakfast shop and the only such offering for miles and miles so I shall give them a pass on their fagels(fake bagels).

The Grainery has been my go-to breakfast spot since it opened. I don’t live in Naples anymore, but every time I come back to visit — the first plan I make is which days I’m headed to the Grainery. Every time I drop in, I will always run into old friends and members of the community. You can’t find a better egg-wrap anywhere in the world, and I’ve stopped ordering anything else. I’ll also grab a bagel or bagel sandwich to go for my trips back home, since the bagels are made fresh(and delicious) each morning. If you’re around Naples looking for breakfast, or just a cup of coffee, the Grainery is my top recommendation.

A hidden gem! Really good omelet(try the veggie with sharp cheddar) and cappuccino. Bagels come in interesting varieties– like spinach. Hubby liked his soup Nd egg salad sandwich. Friendly service in a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Give it a try!

I have been frequenting this place since high school. Even now, when I come home every great once in a while I make sure to have some wings at the Tavern and of course a bagel sandwich and some coffee at the Grainery. It is a small bagel café, and they still only take cash, but their bagels are worth it. They make them fresh and they offer several different kinds. I highly recommend you get there before 11 to get one though because they usually sell out by about that time. They have several types of flavored coffees to choose from and they can also make you a nice latte. My favorite part about the place is that it is a great small business in my hometown. The owners are very nice people whose kids I grew up with, and the employees always include kids going to Naples high school. Several of my friends worked there during and shortly after high school. I always run into people I know even after years of being away. It’s a nice place to sit down and play catch up. If you are in the Naples area, I highly recommend fueling up here in the morning or afternoon before going off to the vineyards and wineries or out on the lake.

The Grainery sort of let me confused. It’s a place that’s advertised as a «natural eatery» that offers great vegan and vegetarian selections. This sounded perplexing for the tiny town of Naples, and I had a serious hankerin’ for some egg– and dairy-free treats so I dragged Ross M in to check it out for a late afternoon snack. Bummer #1: Despite the menu we had for it at the cabin listing the hours as 7:00 — 4:00, it closed at 2pm. It was 2:18. Ughhh. We came back the next day in time for lunch. Unfortunately, my excitement and anticipation quickly deflated when I flung open the doors to reveal a cutesy coffee shop, instead of my vegan paradise. The chalk-board menu was heavily focused on bagels and bagel sandwiches; they offered 2 soups(one was creamy, the other was barley, so they were both out for me), and a handful of relatively basic sandwiches. Bummer #2: The Grainery uses store-bought bread! Hello, it’s a grainery! The sandwiches weren’t bad, but definitely weren’t anything to write home about.(I can do turkey, lettuce and tomato on my own, thanks) Bummer #3: Unless you have a hankerin’ for a boca burger or a hummus + veggie wrap, there really isn’t anything vegan on the menu. On an interesting and random note, they do have a nice selection of inexpensive wholesale spices. Sooooo, for those of you looking for a sandwich AND some ground mustard seed you’re in luck. I considered 2 stars, but I added a bonus star for the spices, having cool décor and soymilk for your coffee. Overall: this place is just your basic coffee & sandwich shop. There are definitely better spots to be found in Naples.
