Service was good, but it was a bit pricey. I’d recommend just going for drinks and appetizers.

First — Server, we had was superb!!! His name is Carlos. Please ask for him. He was fantastic! It was our first time and help us making suggestions in what to eat. We took his advice and honestly best choices ever! We ate for appetizer: Goat cheese, entrees: lump crab salad(crab was fresh, enormous amount) and husband got blackened fish tacos(omg. The flavored were awesome! Better than anywhere I’ve tasted!) and desserts: cream brûlée pineapple! What!!! The server, Carlos gave us a little sample of salmon with blackberry cream cheese sauce. Ridiculous delicious and the dessert was on the house since we were there to celebrate my husbands birthday! Honestly this made a huge difference! We also ordered a hamburger to go and café(freshly brewed) and total bill was about $ 80. Not bad!

I recently went and I can’t remember everything we got. I do know we all enjoyed our meals. Filet Mignon Flatbread, Crab Bisque, Pina Colada Cake(must get all three!!!). I also got a Lemon Drop Martini and it was delish. I get that a lot and most places don’t get it right. Oh and the bread and butter was warm and fresh. The butter tasted like it had a maple and cinnamon taste. Nonetheless, we enjoyed it all. Also, the waitress was friendly, patient and helpful. My one complaint, we sat inside and it was soooo hot. I sweated the whole time.

Aw man. Just relaxing on a mid week night in Naples and I landed at Tommy Bahamas Tropical Café. I was lured by the crab stuffed shrimp. OMG. The taste was awesome. The flavor son the shrimp and crab combined with the mango hot sauce was something I’ll do again and again. If you like tasty with zest, this dish is superb. I ended up cutting my pieces smaller and smaller to extend the treat!

Mixed feelings– husband didn’t care for his entrée-under seasoned fish, I had macadamia crusted snapper– done well . Waitress started out fine, but disappeared during the meal. The entertainer/singer was excellent.

I have been coming here for many years and always have a great time. It is a little touristy and pricey, but the vibe is always pleasant and gives you a real feeling of vacation. Most recently, my bf and I came here for lunch during the off season. We sat outside, but under the covered part due to the on and off rain. He had a specialty tequila drink on a limited time menu and I had a tiki tonk. Both were very tasty. I had the crispy fish sandwich. There was an abundance of grilled onions(possibly too much), but the majority of the sandwich was great. Fries were unmemorable. My bf had the grilled chicken sandwich with crispy onions and he said it was quite good. The yucca fries it came with were great and the sauce for dipping the fries was amazing(kind of like a chipotle mayo)! We had a very friendly waitress and generally had a great time and felt like we could really relax.

Always a great place to visit, whether you’ve got guests in town or you just want to enjoy a quality meal and good drinks. It gets so so crazy during season, but it’s a beautiful location, in the heart of 3rd Street, and so worth the hassle.

Wow, what an amazing experience! I’ve never been to a Tommy Bahama and my first in Naples seriously set the tone. I came to visit my dad and we like to go to a new restaurant in the area and decided to grab a late bite and we’re both very impressed!

This was my first time at Tommy Bahama and its was fantastic. Fish and chips are amazing. The yuca is made to perfection and the fish deliciously fried. I also had the key like pie which hit the spot. Over all I had a great experience with service and the ambiance is wonderful with live music to boot.

Maybe it was the fact that we were starving and beat up from the beach a little but this was a perfect meal. At first it seemed a little stuck up, touristy and the shops there aren’t really our style but once our server came over and greeted us we felt like a regular. We grabbed a happy hour menu and she was more than willing to recommend and accommodate whatever we wanted. We order Ahi poke to start with mini chese burger slidders. The Ahi was probably the best Ahi poke I’ve ever had! So fresh and yummy! Dinner was pefect, no joke. I really have nothing negative to say. I order scallops and shrimp and if there is one thing I hate it’s over cooked scallops. They were like butter, cooked perfectly. We couldnt say no to desert and half we through we started to regret ordering that much food, we needed a nap! Needless to say next time we are in Naples, we will be making a stop at Tommy Bahamas!

The Stars today on this review only. This may seem petty, but isn’t. I think management should see these things sometimes. I’ve dined a LOT at Tommys over the last two years. Never a complaint. Food is still phenomenal. But did I get the wrong waiter this time! I should have tipped him 10% instead of the usual 20% but I caved at 15. He was wrong about what he said about two entrees that were alike. He said the brisket tacos were the same as the pulled pork sandwich my wife wanted and comes the same way with the same sauce. it doesn’t! And he never brought the side of sauce he promised that comes with it. Reminded him at least twice, and at least three times about the decaf coffee. He said he made a fresh pot. When I paid the bill he then got the coffee but it wasn’t fresh. That took 15 minutes. Whenever we asked for anything and a sweetener for the coffee, there was alway this face! Couldn’t wait to get out of there. If you sit on the patio and get Jeffrey who said he’s been there three years… go to another table. I will of course continue to dine here. We love it there. Will just avoid him. These things happen as I read others but of course we hate it when it happens to us. Again, the food was great and can’t wait to get back.

Went on a holiday weekend… we had reservations! Staff was great, the weather was a bit warm and so the fans being on was a plus. The cocktails were fun and the tacos were delicious. a bit messy so if you are wearing your Sunday best make sure you put that bib on.

With all the amazing restaurants in Naples I wasn’t exactly excited when our group chose to go to Tommy Bahamas as its a chain restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. It’s in a great location in the heart of 3rd street(historic/old Naples) which is filled with people enjoying the restaurants, bars and shops. We were seated at a table on the beautiful outdoor deck. The atmosphere here is a laid back and beachy which is a refreshing change from some of the more modern restaurants I’ve been to in the area. There was live music on the deck which we enjoyed, although it was a little loud making it so we had to yell a little to converse. We started off our meal with cocktails. They have a long list of martinis, signature cocktails and island themes rum cocktails. Theres something for everyone! I had the cucumber smash which is gin, elderflower, lime and muddled cucumber. It was so refreshing on a warm Florida night! Our group also loved the rum babalu and southern charm. They brought out warm bread while we waited to order. It came with a cinnamon maple honey butter. Although very good, it was more of a breakfast butter that would have been better on an English muffin in the morning. For dinner we ordered the roasted prawn pappardelle pasta, the thai shrimp and scallops, the fish and chips and the parmesan crusted sanibel chicken(this was the favorite at the table). Everything was cooked to perfection and had a beautiful presentation. We all cleared our plates! Everything on the dessert plate looked amazing but we were too full to indulge! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Tommy Bahamas and will for sure be returning!

We loved dinner here. My husband ordered the fried green tomatoes to start but he had a shellfish allergy so we asked if they could pan fry it? The kitchen manager said no. My husband was disappointed but ordered something else. Our waitress went to the GM and asked if they could accommodate the special request and he said of corse! He came back and told us they would be happy to make it for him. They were amazing and so were the tuna wonton tacos, blackberry ribs and the house salad. Bottom line, if you have a special request always ask for an accommodation. The GM was so happy and friendly, that goes a long way in hospitality industry. Thank you!!!

Lucky to score two seats at bar on Saturday before Super Bowl 50. Very busy place, but the bartender was by her self and she was great. Ordered the Crab Soup, it was Ok even w/that dollop of which I believe was crab. Had to ask for bread, but when it came it was nice and warm, the way bread should be served. Also had the Cracked Fish, but I was able to change it to Mahi and Blackend since I didn’t want it fried. Nice size portion, but the roll was soaking wet from the fish I guess . I guess I’ll say it was good food, but they were so busy they didn’t take the time to make it the consistency it usually is. Bön appétit

Talk about a beautiful patio in the heart of Naples! Dining here was such a fun experience and I loved the entire atmosphere! Live music, candle light, delicious wine and excellent food choices. What’s not to like? A large group of us came in on our last night on vacation in Florida. We tried the filet mignon flatbread appetizer and it was fantastic! A great combo that I would never think to make together. The melted bleu cheese and arugula were a perfect pair with the meat. Everyone at the table enjoyed a piece. I ordered the seared ahi tuna with vegetables for my entrée. The ahi tasted amazing(with wasabi) I only wish the sides would have been better with it. The veggies were very bland. Everyone had a good time enjoying good wine and live music. No complaints about the food from the group. My favorite part was when they brought out a tray with all the desserts on the menu. Seeing all of them and how yummy they looked was hard to pass up. And we didn’t! The chocolate cake was to die for. :) Very smart on their part to bring everything out to see. NOT a tourist trap — look forward to great experience!

My first reaction to finding a Tommy Bahama restaurant was«is this some kind of joke?» Much the opposite, I have so say this place is a breath of fresh air. The outdoor seating has an island flare, is cooled with large ceiling fans, and bordered by Tommy Bahama clothing stores. The restaurant is located in Old Naples, a quaint corner of Naples with beautiful homes and quiet streets. True to Tommy Bahama style, the menu is an inventive collection of island influenced cuisine that lights up the taste buds. We started with the World Famous Coconut Shrimp, which lives up to its name. For lunch I ordered the chicken lollipops, which have a hint of sweet jerk glaze, perfectly balanced with a Dijon mustard dipping sauce. All of the above were clearly made from scratch using fresh ingredients. The asparagus was grilled to perfection, and tasty with shavings of provolone cheese. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good food in a relaxed ambience. The service is top notch, with friendly staff that are always smiling like they really enjoy working there!

Great changes since last visit. New chef, new menu. Many more choices, yet kept some of the old favorites like the sugared plantain chips with black bean salsa. However, even with that, the salsa was much tastier. Lunch specials with more of a practical spread. Fish, gluten free options, vegetable sides. In the past it seems they were being too creative and limited in the dishes which is not always a good thing. Excellent experienced wait staff, friendly, and professional, knew just how much attention to give you and when to leave you alone. The manager made her rounds, the place was well maintained and managed. The connecting retail stores also have improved in their fashions and many gift items. For awhile there the clothing line was too archaic, catering to the old retired tourists. Still classy, many cigar smoking themed gifts, wonderful fabrics but with that also follows the high prices.
