I went here with my daughter for dinner; we both got fish and loved our meals! Our waited was also very good.

LOVE this place! Food was fantastic, staff was amazing and wine list was interesting and rounded without being pretentious and huge for no reason. For steak and seafood I can’t imagine there’s a better place in Naples, FL.

My first visit to this great restaurant. Service was top notch and so was the food from the appetizer to dessert. Was told the South African lobster tail was the best and I was skeptical but was proven wrong. If you haven’t had it and only had Maine lobster tail you will know which one is better. The jumbo Stone Crab claws are $ 22 each so be prepared for some sticker shock, good but thank goodness I wasn’t paying.

Top notch restaurant! Wonderful atmosphere and staff. The food is wonderful!!! I don’t think there is anything here that’s not good. Try the«bag cake» for dessert.

Came here on a Thursday night. Just have to say … Definitely a 5 star experience. The ambiance on 5th avenue in Naples is unparalleled. Everyone is beautiful, young, rich, and well dressed. Or so it seems. The mood in the restaurant is vibrant and upbeat … And everyone is having fun. Then there is the food. We all had stone crab claws – very tasty and I wish we had bigger portions. Next were salads, caesar and tomato – both good. Lobster bisque — good not great– feel free to skip it. Entrees were grouper in creole sauce– great– and Chilean Sea Bass, which was also great. Sides were asparagus, mashed potatoes and crab au gratin. The crab was just ok – but the asparagus was terrific. And we were compelled to have desert and I most strongly urge you to save room. The Chocolate box is a meisterwerk– you have to get it. The carrot cake is my favorite desert ever, rich with caramel and nuts. Get both! Wine was Honig Sauvignon blanc. Really good and reasonable. So yeah … Loved it.

Great Place! Would have given it 5 stars but the last time I was there, our server was not as attentive as he should have been at this level of restaurant. A nice touch is that they will remove the lobster tail or king crab from the shell for you if you ask.

Don’t ever go here. The management and staff are horrible. Safe your money and time. There are so many other better places in Naples.

This is a really nice place that’s great for special occasions. I have been here twice now for my boyfriend’s birthday. I would recommend making reservations for sure! If you mention it’s a special occasion they put confetti on the table and you might get a surprise. We went all out when we dined last week — we each started with a medium stone crab claw, which comes out partially cracked on ice with a tangy mustard/horseradish dipping sauce. It was fun to crack your own and they were perfectly cooked! Then we split a Caesar salad and a cup of the lobster bisque. Both were excellent. Get the anchovies on the salad! They add a briny saltiness that is really delicious. The soup is great with lots of chunks of lobster. For my entrée I chose the dynamite filet, which is a filet covered in blue crab, rock shrimp, and Maine lobster in a Sriracha cream sauce. My boyfriend had the dynamite striped bass, which has the same seafood topping. I might get a different dish next time; I felt that the seafood overpowered the delicate flavor of the filet. I ended up eating the spicy seafood topping separately from the steak. It was really delicious though! The bite of bass I tried was excellent. We also split a side of the crab macaroni and cheese which was very good. Not too rich but definitely something special. I subbed the regular mashed potatoes with my filet for garlic sauteed spinach, which I do not recommend. The spinach was very under seasoned and had too much lemon. I barely ate any. We got a special surprise at the end of our meal: a mini baked Alaska, flambeed at our table! It was a great presentation and a nice touch for the evening. The service is very attentive and even a bit over-the-top at times, but I appreciate the courtesy and I will definitely be back the next time I’m in town!

I was disappointed ! I took my wife for a nice dinner for her Birthday and the place was noisy the food not worth the high price and the service less the what you would expect at that price range. Will not go back!!!

Went here on a company outing and it was absolutely amazing! By far the best place I have eaten at in Naples so far. I’m not sure what they put in the crabcakes but they are by far the best I have ever eaten, left me wanting much more. This was everything you would expect from a fine dining experience– top notch attentive service, fresh food that excites you combined with an inviting atmosphere. Everyone is still raving about it since we went and can’t wait to go back!

Was in town and as usual made a stop at Trulucks, it is customary, we come here a few times a year and we never fail to stop in. The good: Service, absolutely great. Over the years I’ve gotten to know Rick, he really is top notch. I had steak, not my normal, I used to always get the hot and crunchy trout, but they took that off the menu(weird). The bad: they remove chicken, pork chop and trout. Oddly my three favorite items, I loved getting an App, salad and some chicken, I would leave not feeling like a ate a cow and still fit in dessert. No more. I still give it 5 stars but reluctantly, bring back the classics, please.

Truluck’s is always a great evening and a great meal! I happened to be there on a Monday night, which was all you can eat stone crab! I had been looking forward to some stone crab so timing was good! Great wine list! And always a bit on the pricey side!

This is a great dinner/evening destination if you’re looking for live music and drinks The seafood tower is a must Even if you’re not having a full meal the appetizers are great especially if you can get there for happy hour If they still have the all-you-can-eat seafood/crab on Friday nights then it is well worth your time

The Good: The stone crab appetizer was exceptional. Service was perfect. Everything we ate was great or better. Nice wine selection. The Bad: Notta Thing The Rest: dinned with a party of four. We were seated at reservation time and instantly greeted by our server. I had the sea bass and it was exceptional. Talked with several others who dinned here this week and everything was very very positive.

I went to this restaurant because I wanted to have a seafood tower. The reservation has been quickly confirmed with Opentable. The availability was ok on a Sunday. The restaurant was half empty. No rush, no noise. Good start. The staff was excellent and really competent. We have been welcomed warmly and served perfectly. The wine list is large with good French wine. The Saint-Emilion was really good. The seafood tower is ok for one person you have only 1 shrimp, 1 oyster, 1 crab craw and another crab. I can’t really call it a Tower! Well you have to add multiple shrimps, oysters and crab to get something to eat. I was also a bit disappointed to not get mussels or clams, but it’s personal and subjective. Overall the service was good, the ambiance perfect and the food quality excellent. I recommend it.

We came in on a Sunday evening while on vacation after we got a recommendation from a close friend. We were not disappointed! Our server was from Chicago and since we are also, we got along great. The only issue was that the service was a bit slow and some items on the online menu were not actually available in the restaurant. I started with the smoked salmon flatbread, which was great! I think I ate the whole thing myself. My mom and I shared the twin stuffed lobster tails. It was more than enough for 2 people and it was delicious. The mashed potatoes it came with were good and we also got Brussels Sprouts and corn which were both good. My sister had trout for the first time and said it was pretty good as well. The highlight of this dinner was the dessert! We got the chocolate bag which was big enough for all 4 of us to share. I can’t even describe it, the only thing I remember was that it’s a sour cream cake. It was phenomenal and the presentation was awesome.

With so many choices in Naples, I am sure glad my wife decided we should finally try Truluck’s. We had a fantastic dining experience there. We had 5:00 reservation and were greeted and seated by the very friendly and accommodating staff promptly at 5pm despite the buzzing happy hour crowd. We were originally slotted to have dinner in the lounge, but we were seated overlooking the street in a really cozy spot of the restaurant. Thumbs up already before we were even seated. Our waiter, John, was not only engaging but very knowledgeable about the vast wine selection. We picked a great Montepuciano and John was really descriptive about appetizer and entrée choices. Our crab cocktail app was delicious, great spice and flavor. The entrees were equally as flavorful. I had a filet mignon special with a cajun lobster and crab sauce with a touch of siraccha! Man, was that good! My wife’s grouper was fresh, flavorful with a great Cajun flavor as well! The wine also hit the spot. Food, ambience, service all top notch. This is our new spot in Naples! Great job to everyone that night!

Let me start off by saying that I cannot wait to return here! The service was impeccable(thank you john!). The food was delicious(oysters were a tad sandy but pretty good quality, the shrimp cocktail was great — but the atomic horseradish! Wow. For dinner we had the grouper and the filet. Both were excellent. I wish I had taken more photos but I couldn’t stop eating. I also loved the cocktail menu. Counting the days until we can return!

As a first timer to the Naples area, I was super excited to try some new restaurants in my parents new hometown. Truluck’s came recommended from people of all ages — it’s a classy spot(see: business casual dress code) that will cost a pretty penny. Like a silly person I tried to get a reservation here for NYE but it was fully booked. The more I heard about Truluck’s, the more I realized this was no average spot. I went ahead and made reservations for Saturday, 1⁄3 about a month before and good thing! This is a happenin’ spot. I also want to say thank you to a restaurant like this that let’s you make reservations — places like Joe’s in Miami for example make you wait HOURS. At Truluck’s you can arrive for your reservation without the concern of, «When will I eat?», «Does the bar have room?», «Should I have brought a granola bar?», be seated and enjoy an excellent meal. So… What did we eat? Based on recommendations, we ordered lobster bisque, crab claws, the grouper, trout with lemon butter, sea bass, NY strip with sides of mashed potatoes and crab fried rice. Everything was absolutely delicious. We finished with a key lime slice which was pretty yummy but I will say the pie is better at Randy’s. Still, 5 stars. Service is nice, unpretentious, helpful and never rushed. Wonderful last supper in Naples… Until the next time since the parents live here now… Woohoo!
