Well Lily is gone and management has changed. Waited in chair for 30 minutes with cold water for pedicure and when I told her I now only have time for a paint color change now I got a bad job I asked for the device which helps your toes not touch so paint wouldn’t come off all I got was napkin put between toes apparently I am not worth the device needed. Won’t come back that’s for sure

I wish I had the heart to give this a one star. I have left good reviews in the past, I have been going here for several years. But this past year has been so horrific with terrible service. Between the rude atmosphere in terrible performance. I stayed for so long because i knew them but i am being over charger for grade D performance. Sad to say goodbye but im tired of cut up fingers, crooked tips and sloppy art. Not art a at all actually. If they dont talk you out of the idea you are trying to get so they can get away with less work but they will try to talk you into a gem that they will either A) use to much glue to ruin the look of your nail or B) it will pop off in 24hrs.

Nice quiet location.
Drinks are offered which is nice and everything is very clean. Pedis are decent, some techs don’t care to massage for very long and this place will not use the callous grater… they use scrub stones & sometimes I leave with rough spots still on my heels… not cool.
Manis are ok, get the guy to do your gel and it will stay for weeks (unlike most places around here)
I come here often and prices are good.

Everyone was friendly but the technique was atrocious. After spending $ 18 on a fill I went home with a shoddy paint job and had to redo it myself at home. The lady insisted on putting more top coat on to hide the bubbling that too much paint already caused. And that was after having to wait 10 min in front of fan! Not even a UV drying light. And one of my nails broke 2 days later because they were way too thin. Snapped right off. I won’t be coming back here.

Decent mani pedi, very clean, offered wine, soda or water and remembered and used my name the whole time after seeing it on my card.
I didn’t find anyone rude at all however I’m a New Yorker. We’re curt and don’t require babying.

Very satisfied at our first visit, we’ve had manicure and pedicure. Therefore planned a second visit today, we wanted at 03.00 PM but they only had room for us both at 02.00 PM. So we rushed from our appointment to Unique and they told us we had no appointment, there was nothing in the book. I tried to explain that I had talked to a man (he is the only one there) and informed him about our conversation. He had no recollection of that. He suggested we probably had called the other Unique Nails & Spa (2). If we wanted to re-​scedule. No. We only had time today.
At home I found out I actually did call the right Unique Nails & Spa and called them back. Confronting him with the fact we DID make an appointment with him/​them, the right Unique Nails & Spa, he was like ‘yeah?’ and what do you want know? Do you want to re-​scedule now? GRRRLMBL. We will never go back there. I admit, they did good work first time but I HATE people who LIE. Read reviews of the Unique Nails & Spa 2, MUCH BETTER!

Very rude and disrespectful. Caught several employees and a customer talking smack about my friends and I. Not to mention it was and 1 hour and a half wait. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Would never recommend! Got gel nails done when I was in town for a week and it didnt last even half as long as gel nails are supposed to! Should have lasted at least 2 weeks, and was peeling up and chipping after less than one. When I came home and had to get it removed, my local nail technician demanded to know who had done this. My nails are so weak and damaged as a result, I have no idea what they did, but I have never had a problem with gel nails before! I Do NOT recommend for anyone.

service was fine. HOWEVER advertising was incredibly deceptive. Went with a bridal party for mani-​pedis for the very clearly advertised special of $ 35 for both a manicure and pedicure for each person. but when we went to pay they refused to give us our discount and tried ti make us pay $ 200 more than wewere supposed to!!! even though we specifically asked the nail technicians about the price at the beginning of our time in the salon, they completely went back on their word and it became a heated argumrnt in which the police were called. would never recommend this place to anyone unless you want to pay over 100% more than the promised price!!! cannot believe this.
