The HD channels don’t work and Hallmark channel doesn’t work. Lifetime Movie Network in HD is messing up.

Today I have one of the worst experience as a customer. I called Friday night to request service as my internet, television and phone service were not working. When I called, the next service available was on Monday January 11th from 10:00am to 12:00pm. Although was not fast enough, I could not complain. Today, January 11th, at 11:00am I called as there was no indication that I was going to receive the service requested and to my surprised they tell me that they don’t know what happened but the service was never scheduled. The worst part is that I asked the customer representative whether my call was documented and the answer was yes. Then, I asked for a solution and the easy answer was that the next available service was on next Wednesday January 13th from 10:00am to 12:00pm. I told the person that the solution was not acceptable as she was treating me as a new service call today and not as a service call on Friday. At this point I Has spent 36 minutes in the telephone trying to solve the problem. I asked to talk to a Supervisor and the customer service representative told me that I would have to wait as the Supervisor was in a call. Twenty minutes after, YES, 20 minutes after, they hang the phone without providing me the opportunity to talk to a Supervisor. So, clearly, this is a company that promotes that they want to improve the customer satisfaction when you are asking for service, but their actions are WELLBELLOW expectation and totally unacceptable.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Their payment kiosk did not accept my account number. When I asked, I was told ‘well that is your number, but not for making a payment.’. Then the kiosk does not give change. It’s just applied as extra credit towards your future bill. So I had to leave and come back with bills as close as possible to my total. The staff in there all had a very bad attitude. I would love to leave Comcast. They are the pits.

Very nice store !! You can, t call Comcast but go to the Internet store and they will help you, on the phone they will tell you anything just to get rid of you.
