First time I have been to this particular Panera restaurant. My husband had the Tuna salad on white bread which he said was very good and the bread was very fresh. I had a cup of chicken soup and half of a chicken panini. The soup was greasy and lukewarm. The sandwich was just okay. The service was good. A gentleman cleared our table after we were finished eating. I would have given an extra star if there hadn’t been paper and food littering the floor. I always figure if the floor is dirty in the dining room the kitchen is probably just as dirty. I don’t think we will return.

Good food, quick service. Food came out in five minutes even when they were busy. Compared to other Panera locations, this place is great. Love their Greek Salad and Tomato and Mozzarella Flatbread.

I generally never stop here, with a lack of food in the area, I thought I might enjoy. This is the worst location, I have ever visited.

The food is always good and the help is nice. This is my 3rd panera bread and all their bathrooms have been terrible, it’s just gross. The tables weren’t as clean as I’d hope so I had to wipe it myself. Panera is great on their portion sizes and the bread is the best. Free WiFi is always a plus. I am a water drinker and usually put lemon in my water but this location didn’t offer that, I was bummed not all water is created equal, a splash of lemon always helps!

I was pleasantly surprised with the outstanding friendly service at this SW Florida Panera. Very comfortable seating, accommodating to special orders, quick service, great tasting Power breakfast sandwiches.

Panera Bread is, well, Panera Bread. The soups are usually amazing, the breads are yummy, but the sandwiches are usually just thrown together with lunch meat or other highly processed meat. So, because of the highly processed lunch meat thing I mentioned, decided to get a grill cheese… remember the«where is the beef» commercial? Yea, you got it… Where was the cheese? The sandwich looked like someone smeared orange flavored mayo on two pieces of bread and pressed them together. I could not help myself I had just just share with a visual — I have attached a picture of the experience your your pleasure!

This is the worse Panera Bread I’ve ever been to. Workers don’t smile or acknowledge you with even a simple«hello» even when taking your order. Walked up to the register to order and the guy just stood there looking off into the distance with a blank stare with his hand on the register keys, apparently this was my cue to place my order. Uhhhh, ok. Food not ready even though they JUST opened 2 min ago. We were the first customers of the morning and they were extremely slow, coffee preparation counter and area were filthy like it hadn’t been cleaned from the day before, sugar packets were stuck together, etc. I cancelled the order and left. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

This is a pretty swanky Panera… it has all of the bells and whistles. It even has a drive-thru! Panera has embraced technology and this location is definitely on board. Of course, you can order in store or through the Panera app… even if you are already sitting at your table. The old buzzer has been upgraded to a gps tracking device of sorts so they know exactly where to deliver your food… and it works! On a scale of Paneras, this is definitely four out of five stars. I really only took away a star for one reason – this place is way too darn cold inside. Since the staff is so nice and accomodating, they are willing to bump up the thermostat when you whine, but not enough. No need to freeze out the Floridians! But otherwise, get that delicious four cheese soufflé warm and ready for me!

Came in for only a frozen lemonade. First off the cashier didn’t take my name so not sure they even knew to make it. My friend also ordered only a frozen lemonade and we have been waiting for about 5 minutes. As we wait we heard the workers, about 5 of them back in the kitchen, ask who wanted to make two frozen lemonades and they responded no one. There is literally no one else in the restaurant and we are still waiting for our drinks. Don’t waste your time coming to this Panera

They just opened a week or so ago we decided to give it a try the food was filling although the menu is confusing to me they have this buy two thing all over just can’t figure out what it cost ashen it was all done for a half of a cold edible sand which and a very small bowl of tomatoe Soup that tasted like carabbas spaghetti sauce we paid more than the all you can eat soup and salad across the street. Had a bagel with cream cheese you won’t find better near here I bought a loaf of rye bread ordered thin slice got it home it was sliced thick oops new help will learn. All in all i think panama bread should stick to bread but a lot of people like the canned soup and dry sandwiches so they will be around. Be very careful if you drive around the building there is a dangerous blind spot when you come out the back by the dumpster area bad bad planing the designer didn’t do a very good job hopefully they will put up a stop sign going behind the store or something before someone gets hurt
