Coco Thai never disappoints. Everything here is amazing and just thinking about it makes me hungry. I wish Narberth had more spots like this!

This is hands down one of the best places to eat on the Eastern Main line. The service is impeccable– timely, polite, friendly and responsive. When I ordered the tofu pad Thai, the server asked if I was ok with egg in the dish. So conscientious! We eat here A LOT and have tried most of the menu. The soups are delicious as are the appetizers we have tried. Our favorite entrees are the curries, pad Thai, drunken noodles and some of their specials. Recently they had a Broad Street special and it was spectacular. We also love the apple salad. Highly HIGHLY recommend making this one of your regular spots!

A little higher end in the spectrum of Thai but the quality shows through in the food. Solid option and the byo aspect bumps keeps this at a 3 star. Soup and an entrée for lunch runs about $ 15.

This was our first ever Thai experience and we were very impressed. The slight hints of coconut and curry really made the dishes pop. The steamed turkey dumplings were amazing, wish there were more than 4 in the app order. The staff is super nice and so friendly which really makes the evening a bit more special. It is a byob which is very cool and if you forget to bring something there is a beer store next door and a state store ½ block away. We felt like we were in a mini garden when we arrived, there are so many fresh flowers everywhere you feel like you’re sitting outside in a garden, really unique! As I said we are new to Thai food so I can’t compare coco to other places as far as pricing is concerned but we thought it had to be a bit higher, we are able to walk here so there’s a premium for that! Overall we really look forward to trying more Thai food at coco!!!

Very cute. Outdoor seating on a nice narberth street. Very pleasant service. Food is ok. I’ve had better at home though. Pricy, entrees are round 20 bucks. I got the ginger halibut hotpot. Nothing explosively good. Nice place to go after a movie. Go for the coconut icecream. home made. Super yummy. 4 bucks. Next time I’m just going for dessert. :)

Awesome Thai BYOB spot in downtown Narbeth. They have some cute outdoor seating and are dog-friendly. The staff is super attentive and nice. Food here has all the Thai staples, but the best are their daily specials — broad noodle pad thai, crab fried rice, fish curries. Unfortunately its the only ethnic restuarant in Downtown Narbeth, but this place is awesome and BYOB(there is a liquor store and beer shop nearby).

Disappointing. First time very good but pricey. Most recently, after repeating our order, the waitress forgot our coconut soup, then brought an entrée which was on the dinner specials which was so full of pepper it was inedible. She offered to dilute it then brought it back… more watery, but the noodles were soaked with pepper, which made it still inedible without a double dose of Prilosec. We left it sitting on the side, barely touched and were highly disappointed with being charged for the dish and also for the soup we didn’t get. The soup was corrected but not the uneaten dish. The menu did not say that this special was spicy. Beware! Too many people trading off waiting the tables made for poor service. The main thing that was good was sitting outside on the street.

Will not eat here again. Gave it a third try, as our good friend keeps talking it up, but each time our experience was worse. The people that run it are probably very nice, hardworking people, but the staff is so poorly trained that it is almost comical. Especially if you are sitting at the outside tables. They forget about you entirely! They bring the food and forget the silverware. Bring water glasses, forget to fill them. Forget items on the order/then charge for something you didn’t order. We keep coming back because we want to believe this was just bad luck, with«new» staff, or something, but each time the experience grew more absurd. Had a couple of «OK» dishes(a pretty good red curry) and coffee was pretty good(after reminding 3, count ‘em, 3 times to bring it!) but it too pricey compared to better Thai a mile away. I ordered a red curry duck the last time and it was the worst duck(dry, stringy, no flavor) I have ever eaten– and it was pricier than the other options. I don’t usually like making a fuss or complaining at restaurants, because that just adds to the stress of it all, but I just won’t be spending any more money there.

Everything was delicious! I got the Narberth Jungle with tofu and veggies and my girlfriend got the Spicy Asparagus and we would both order those again. Service was friendly and the décor was nice.

When I ordered the tofu pad Thai today, the woman asked if egg was okay in the food. I thought that was awesome! By asking that simple question, she made sure she wasn’t giving egg to a strict vegetarian/vegan. Though I’m a meat-atarian anyway so it doesn’t matter to me. But I thought it was kind and good customer service! I love it here.

I Love Coco Thai and we eat here once a week. The food is delicious, creative, and reasonable and the atmosphere is great. How can you beat a BYOB tucked between a State store and a craft beer market.

My roommate and I came in on whim after deciding we wanted to get some Thai for dinner, and we were not disappointed! I found this spot via Unilocal, and was very happy I did. The spot is small and it was crowded, but we found it to be worth the wait. The service was a little bit slow, but we didn’t really mind seeing as it was a busy night. The pad thai I ordered was some of the best I have had, and I appreciated that it was not overly spicy. The Thai iced tea was also delicious, and I would honestly return just for desert to have the mango sticky rice. It was my first time having that, and I keep saying how I want to return for more!

Very small quaint place in cute downtown Narberth. Authentic Thai food which you can customize the spiciness and the portions are large. The owner Coco is from Thailand and brings her love of her food to her cooking. Prices are comparable to most main line Thai restaurants. Nice variety of choices on the menu.

Shocked this place doesn’t have a higher rating. This is hands down the best Thai food I’ve had. At a lot of Thai places the flavors run together and it’s hard to distinguish between sauces, but every dish here shines and you can really taste the different ingredients. The chef takes a lot of pride in her work. Can’t miss: coconut soup, vegetable dumplings, panang, curry asparagus. The cabbage salad is also great. Two downsides: 1. Some items can be a bit expensive(the dumplings are like $ 2 each for example). 2. I wish they did a tofu satay with peanut sauce or something similar! They only have a chicken version. Still gets five stars because the food is outstanding.

Ohhhh how I love Coco Thai! It is Thai food done to perfection with seemingly simple dishes packed with layers of flavor. The portions are perfectly sized so that you don’t over-indulge. If you are looking to keep things on the lighter side for your diet, I recommend the Jasmine Rice Soup and sharing an order of the Vegetarian Dumplings with a friend. When you’re in the mood for something spicy, the Evil Gaga is the answer. Make sure that you have plenty of time to relax and enjoy. The service is a little slow at lunchtime.

My boyfriend and I lived right across the street, so we frequented here a lot. The food is delicious — we both love the Narberth Jungle. The inside is small and a little cramped/loud if it gets too crowded, but the good food makes up for it.
