Enterprise Rent-A-Car

DO NOT GO! WASTED TIME AND EFFORT FOR LOW QUALITY SERVICE AND CARE!
College grads who couldn’t get a real job, so it really protrudes how they view life. I overheard some of the employees talking about a ding on a car and how they were going to charge them. They talk about the customer and his age and how not intelligent he is. Basically bad mouthing him in front of a customer (me). Here, people have no class and they don’t even know who their employees are. I guess it is so bad here that employees cycle out every two months.
The assistant manager doesn’t know customer service. He gives no options for the customer when they do not have any options such as billing statements for a debit card. He gives me explanations and responses that are so vague and cut short by just saying «it’s not my rules». Beyond that, he was talking with his girlfriend/​boyfriend (?) on the phone and what they are going to do tonight. This was while I was talking with Peco trying to get his stupid statement so I could go home. He was so loud that I had to leave the store to hear the representative.
I think it very unprofessional to be talking on a company phone in front of the store about how you are going to get wasted for the night.
It is embarrassing how you cannot trust people anymore and how little care they have for you. There is no trust from this company. They don’t trust you and they don’t want you to trust them. So sad.

Have had to rent from this location twice since moving here and I told the branch manager, Will, that they are now my favorite Enterprise branch. Cars were ready and clean; staff has been incredibly efficient and friendly. Highly recommend this location.

Love the staff at this location.

Old school, efficient, polite service and reasonable prices.

I recently ended up at Enterprise because my personal vehicle was in the shop and my insurance went through Enterprise for rentals.
All and all I had a pretty good experience. The auto shop and Enterprise work together often so my rides back and forth were taken care of, which make it pretty convenient.
Since my car was in the shop at no fault of my own, I had no interest in spending any money outside what my insurance would cover. At the time I went to pick up my rental, the only thing available in my price range was a Kia Soul. I didn’t love the car but it came neat and smelled fine. It was a newer model and only had about 3000 or so miles on it. The car also came equipped with satellite radio which made my rental experience fairly enjoyable.
My only gripe with rental car was that upon receiving it there was less than the quarter tank of gas, which is customarily how much there should be for a pick-​up.
Although that was an inconvenience to me, I wasn’t planning on even mentioning anything. I received a curtesy check-​in call on the second day of my rental period and decided to mention it then. For my inconvenience, they allowed me to return the car on empty instead of a quarter tank, and gave me an upgrade card for my next rental.
Everyone I interacted with was friendly and pleasant. Unless my car is the in shop, I don’t know why I would need to rent from this particular Enterprise, but I would consider another location for any future rental need.

Staff here is always helpful and accommodating. They sometimes have a line on busy days so arrive early just in case.

I have rented cars there twice so far and I have found the staff to be very professional, upbeat and helpful.

I had to bring my car to a shop down the road, and once Sean from Enterprise picked me up, I knew I was in good hands. He was so proffesional and gentlemanly. It was the little touches, like opening my door, talking to me with much respect, and making eye contact. I wanted to return the original car they gave me with something smaller and it was easy cheesy. They have nice cars to rent (I got a VW Beetle) and they are well maintained and clean.
Overall, a very good experience for something that could have been a major hassle.
