This review is for the outstanding customer service provided by Captain Charlie. I booked a charter with him after trying other companies who were rude and unhelpful… guess they dont want business. Captain Charlie is the best private charter running in Rhode Island !!! We make our way down every year from NY, especially for them Rhode Island Blackfish !!! Biggest and most Reliable charter boat in RI !!! Great guy Capt. Charlie

I went on a Blue Shark cage diving trip on last Sunday. Captain Charlie had us on the sharks almost immediately, he was friendly and knowledgeable and everything about the trip exceeded my expectations. The sharks were with us almost the whole day, and we were free to interact with them as closely as we were comfortable (for me, it was mostly on The Snappa’s custom-​made viewing platform). I had no idea that a business like this existed in Rhode Island, but now that I know, I will certainly use Captain Charlie and The Snappa again!
