Manager extremely rude; announced that though he was going to honor the Unilocal check-​in coupon on this occasion he would not do so in the future owing to the lack of a coupon code on the coupon. It should be noted that the same coupon had been used in the past and that it was accessed from this restaurants Unilocal page. Very distressed as we have never failed to have a good experience at this restaurant, but was made to feel as though I was taking advantage of the managers generosity in honoring the said Unilocal coupon. Will not return to this particular Bertucci’s absent an apology, if then.

It’s been quite a few years since I’ve been to this local Bertucci’s but it still is a nice place for dinner and a relaxing evening. The food was very good and the service was prompt. They have another Bertucci’s near my work and it has always had great meals.

It’s one of my favorite Italian restaurant chains. Love the freshly baked bread that comes with every meal. I like their lentil sausage soup and pretty much all their pizzas. Definitely not a high end place. but it’s very good for some casual and good Italian food.

It’s 8:00 pm on a Friday night. A third of the Restraunt is empty, but there’s a 10 minute wait because all the tables are dirty. Entire place looks filthy. Ross of dirty tables waiting to be bussed.

It’s been 14 years since I’ve been to Bertucci’s so I decides to go there tonight for dinner. I called at 12:30pm earlier today to make a reservation for 6:30pm for 4 people. The hostess said okay, your reservation should be all set for this evening. When I arrived at Bertucci’s at 6:25pm, I checked in with the hostess to see when my table would be ready, as of right now they are still clearing off my table. So we waited, waited and waited and it was 7:20pm table still wasn’t ready. Still a long wait and we checked with the hostess twice and she said we would be next, but it was almost an hour to long of a wait so we left and went to Ruby Tuesday’s instead. On the way out of the car, we called Ruby Tuesday and got a reservation ASAP and got seated ASAP.
Enclosing, I don’t recommend going to Bertucci’s unless you want to grow a beard.

My wife & I are new to the area. We decided to try this place for a late lunch instead of our regular favorite, the 99, which is just down the road from there. After all was said & done, we won’t go back to this place again, pizza was like cardboard, had only a minimal amount of toppings and barely no sauce on it. the waitress left our empty plates & bowls on the table until we asked for the check. I followed up with the survey and, not much of a surprise, they never reasponded to it. Just confirmed my belief that this location is more interested in the «business crowd /​one time customer» that any repeat customers. I wish I had read the reviews of this location before dropping $ 50 (no alcohol) for lunch. We’ll be sticking with Texas RodeHouse, The 99, etc rather than wasting money at Bertucci’s of Nashua. The other places respect and appreciate their customers. Thanks for the «lesson» Bertucci’s…

I’m surprised at all the negative reviews for this place because I do in fact come here often. The staff has always been very friendly and service is pretty quick. I really enjoy their pizza and even the takeout is prompt! The reason why they do not have five stars for me is because of the lack of gluten friendly options. Being that it’s a chain brick oven pizza place, you would think they are up with the times and may offer different crusts, but it seems not. I feel that this is going to hugely set them apart from PPCo. and not in a good way. Despite that, the food is always great.

Bertucci’s is a nice neighbourhood place to go to. Good for lunch. Their house bread is amazing. Also, they have box lunches with a soup and an entrée that is really worth the price. I didn’t like the calzone and hey were very nice about it and waived it off my check! Very friendly, good service!

Not very customer service friendly. I argued with the Hostess for 30 sec for where I could sit. She wanted me to sit in the bar I wanted the dining area.
There were at least 15 to 20 empty tables. She insisted I sat at the bar area I turned around left
Went to Lui Lui’s and got sat with no questions asked.

Best Bertucci’s I’ve ever been to! Impeccably bright & clean, and wicked friendly. Menu changed since my last Bert’s trip, but my waiter was happy to suggest new items, all of which were outstanding! Exciting to see several beers available I’d never seen before. Upon departure, I asked to see the manager to thank him, and that’s when I met him. Aggy. The manager of managers. More like a mayor even. He shook hands at every table and high-​fived every employee on his way over to me. His smile was so big, it barely fit in the room.
Best. Dining experience. Ever.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Ordered the Cod Puttanesca. Took over a half hour for the food to arrive at my table even though they weren’t even busy at the time I ordered. Although the waitress was nice, the fish did not taste fresh and the portion size was absolutely teeny for the price they were charging. Left the restaurant feeling hungry and very disappointed. Later that evening my stomach started to feel queasy. Ended up suffering the entire night and next day with food poisoning symptoms. Took a couple days to get it out of my system. Contacted the restaurant management the next day to let them know. Manager did not seem very concerned about it and did not offer to do anything about it. Will not ever visit this place again. Avoid this place at all costs, you will be disappointed as well.

My wife and I brought our two daughters in for dinner on Sunday. We drove by burtuccis for years and never thought about eating there. We finally stopped in and we were blown away with the flavors, service and surrounding. They were great and doing tricks with our daughters to keep them amused. I had pizza which was wonderful, wife had piccatta and our daughters had the kIds meals which had perfect portions. All in all, a stellar experience. Burtuccis is changing, they remodeled and definitely polished it’s look. You must check it out, you WILL be impressed!

Hmm. The staff were sweet and the manager greeted us when we arrived, but the pizza was just so mediocre. It was square and a little too thick and doughy… I usually adore Bertucci’s marguerita pizza but I didn’t even want the leftovers. I think my love of Bertucci’s may be coming to an end… NYC it’s all your fault ;)

Went there twice first time pizza was covered in flour on bottom went there again thinking it would be better tho time the pizza was dry and gross I will not return wait staff is average prices are ok and there is ample parking but the cooks are horrible

I can’t count the number of times I have been here… Love this place… I used to stay at the Hampton inn across the street often, and would come here at least once a week.
The service and the food has always been great. I have sat at the bar most often, but the seating has also been great.
If you sit at the bar almost any bartender will do. Whether its John, Heidi or Sara, they will treat you right.
Love the pizza here. Absolutely incredible.
