FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

A friend had requested I send his package to him via FedEx so I went to this location and the employee that waited on me really did not enjoy his job! No personality. He charged $ 3.99 for small amount of ripped brown paper to keep items from moving around in the box! Taped ends of the box in a sloppy manner!
My total was over $ 100 to ship a medium size box to Canada. Use the Chelmsford location.

Horrible service. These guys act like its a burden to do a job that you are paying good money. Recently, Corey was condescending, arrogant and frankly just lazy. Just walking in the door you can see how irritated they are —

Ehh customer service. Also, to overnight a blanket would cost 140 dollars. If reading this review it is better to buy something new and overnight from the store rather than do it again.

WORST FedEx ever! I will NEVER go again. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
I have been there twice recently to ship some packages. The customer service is deplorable. They did not help me package any thing up or give any suggestions of the best way to ship things. They tried to take my order electronically but the computer malfunctioned. They then had me manually write everything out AGAIN. When they went to swipe my card, 45 minutes later, they claimed the transaction got cancelled! Something tells me it was an issue with the person operating the computer, not the computer itself. They tried to charge me $ 78 to ship 5 DVDs! Outrageous!

I’m not sure what store the other reviewers went to, but I had no problems. I went in, asked for help scanning something, and got help right away. A second trip to ship something went exactly the same way. I had actually walked in as the shipments were getting picked up and the clerk ran outside and asked the driver to wait for my package. You can’t beat service like that.

WORST fedex office I’ve ever been to (and it takes ALOT for me to say that). I have been here countless times. I can not get over how lazy and rude every employee has treated me.
I went in to get a simple 11×17 page printed for my portfolio… the employee told me it would be an HOUR wait. yet nothing was printing and no one was even there… no line. NOTHING!
I needed this print ASAP because I was going to a meeting with it in an hour. I asked her if she could PLEASE do it… and she said «no it will be an hour»…SO then I asked her if she could send the file to the Chelmsford, MA location (that way it would be printed by the time I got there). She said she would send it to them. in a very RUDE way.
So…I get to chelmsford, they never received my file from the NASHUA NH location. because it was never sent in the first place. The girls from the chelmsford location were beyond amazing. They printed my copy in 2 minutes (and they were busy) and couldn’t believe what the Nashua location put me through. Overall the fedex in Nashua, NH is terrible and I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service.

My wife was at this Kinko’s this morning and told me the employee was the most unhelpful and lazy store person she had come across in ages.
No other customers — so no «I’m too busy to help you» excuse, but she had to practically beg this lady to give her some basic help with the equipment there.
I guess Kinko’s is OK if you are familiar with all the stuff, but you are on your own otherwise.
Thanks for nothing FedEx, I always thought your company provided good customer service but it seems not always!
