most outlet stores are selling you an inferior product which is produced exclusively for the outlet and then the price is jacked up as if it originally came from the retail store… ll bean doesn’t do that so no, prices may not be *as* low as the cattle ground that is wrentham, but you are getting a product that may or may not be available in a full-​price ll bean store *right now.* we’ve had great luck here. i got my winter jacket and bean boots here for under $ 100 each, for example. home section is a little skimpy but always worth a look.

This is a great place. Most items have been returned from other stores. Some have been used, but are cleaned and repaired. You can see why the item is in the store on the label (I.e. «Returned»). The weekend we went most items were an additional 20% off with a lot of clearance items prices at 50% off! Plus, no tax in NH. (We’re coming from Boston).
Minus one star due to having to really hunt for the sizes you need… and not having many women’s shoes under a size 6. I only found on pair in a size 5, and bought them.

Awesome store, great deals, super friendly and helpful staff. I walk out of here very happy every time I shop here. Tons of easy parking, and easy to find.

I think people forget that is a LL Bean Outlet not a LL Bean store, so yes they might not have the exact color you are looking for but they have a lot of items at this store and at the price they are marked down to you can’t beat it! The customer service at this location is great-​I had a cashier named Tim and he truly went out of his way and explained to me how their LL Bean visa card works, I was buying two hats that were completely the same except the colors and one of the hats had a lower price than the other hat did, and he priced matched them for me. This store is awesome and it’s worth a shot to stop in and check out their items. You won’t be disappointed.

I am not a huge LL bean fan but I did like this location. I was in need of a pair of rain boots and found them with ease here. The prices were reasonable which I was very excited about.
I was surprised that the store was having up to 50% off that day. There was so much on sale that I wasn’t sure where to start looking! I can’t wait to go back for more shoes!

I came here to buy some bean boots. The selection is mixed, depends on your size and what you are looking for.
Most of the boots are returned items but looked new to me, except they are not in boxes and about half of the boots are missing the laces.
The staff is helpful so don’t forget to ask if they have any in the back in your size!
*Boots are about $ 30 cheaper than retail price

This store makes me miss New England terribly. I was able to buy a very warm coat in the exact color I wanted. For less than Target and several local chain stores wanted to sell me. And NO SALES TAX. I Love NH.

While I acknowledge that, like the other reviewers mentioned, it can be difficult to find exactly what you’re looking for here, there’s a good chance that what you’re looking for *is* indeed there, and you just need to find it.
For me, it’s usually sheets. I’m a super snob when it comes to sheets, and LL Bean sheets never disappoint me. I just got ordered a new (bigger) bed, so I needed new sheets. I called them in the morning, they found the sheets in the size I wanted (after a lot of checking the stock room, waiting on the phone, etc — but I’m totally ok with that). I drove up there to get them, and basically got them for half off. They last so long and wear so well that it’s totally worth it to me to do that.
I’ve been to many LL Bean outlets, but this location is among my favorites. The customer service is usually great, and you get the same high-​quality stuff that is available from the catalog, with the same warranty, at a fraction of the price.

The place was packed as they were having a half off sale. Looking for some boots. If you are size 12 – 14 you will do well here. I don’t mind paying good money for getting exactly what I want so I’ll stick to online. Have to remember after all that this IS an Outlet Store. You are mostly buying what they couldn’t sell otherwise.

I rarely buy items off of the LLBean website & I can’t remember the last time I was in an LLBean store. Nothing against LLBean per se, I just prefer better quality items elsewhere (Patigonia web specials or good deals on good brands off of the Sierra Trading Post website).
I went in looking for one specific kind of shoe & didn’t find it here. They did have some great deals on what I saw, however, & the quality seemed good, just nothing «for me». The store did seem a tad messy but it was the 3^rd day of a 3-​day weekend sale so I’m sure that had something to do with it. I might come back here if I just happened to be in the area before trekking all of the way down to EMS but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

Good place to go for winter gear. The store is a bit of a mess though, and you have to search for sizes.

Now, the locals or MA neighbors like me will remember that this is a re-​located store. This LL Bean outlet used to be in the Daniel Webster Highway Mall/​Plaza which was down the road from the Phesant Lane Mall. This newer location is nice but lacks the convenience of being nearby the large shopping malls on Daniel Webster Highway. Deals are harder to come by here for some reason at this location. I preferred the older location with better bargains. Here is a sampling of things to find here.
