Alright… typically these sort of businesses make me turn in to a forensic investigator; in the case, I found the culprit: great customer service.
Having to store some items for a short period of time, I needed a location close to where I live so that I can access it when needed. I had done my research and had my tally sheet ready to roll.
After looking at another facility, I found that the staff here were willing to consider negotiate a price and match other storage areas pricing.
Additionally, I upgraded my storage insurance and was given a comparable rate to other places. And, they gave me a hefty discount on the best lock they had.
They claim to be very secure and have not had any break-​ins in four years. They are also right by the police station in the area and have law enforcement using their facilities. I like!
The only lacking start is because their facilities are not climate controlled. That is not ideal. But, the location and price are great.
