I love this place. Such a nice place to chill. I’m a usual but one night, I was going to bring my friends and I was the first to arrive. They wouldn’t let me in bc I was wearing sweatpants. All that to say, they do enforce the dress code even when it means they lose business.

This location is located in a spot where parking is hard to come by, however, what a beautiful establishment. A MAJOR upgrade from the older location(off of Louise). Where the older location is dark, cramped, and sort of grungy, this location features high ceilings, beautiful hardwoods, LOTS of light, and just an ambiance that is perfect for a first date, girl’s night out, birthday, or any other occasion that calls for a smokey eye and high heels. I enjoyed the menu. I tried a cocktail that sounded like a good choice, but tasted more like mix than alcohol. However, they do feature mixed drinks that have moonshine! I plan on trying one of those drinks next time. The food is good as well and reasonably priced. Overall, a great place for hookah, food, drinks, and a good time!

I don’t do Hookah much or hardly at all but the atmosphere is the nicest Hookah Bar I’ve ever been to! Great choices of hookah and add-ons, nice relaxed ambiance and good food/great drinks.

I was sitting in Aladdin’s and greeted some friends on the way in. My friends had been in and were settled before my arrival. They purchased multiple hookahs and drinks with no issue. After my friends spent their money and ran up a sizable bill, the owner walked up and told them that you guys have to close out. By this time I had been inside for well over an hour which means that my friends had been inside for well over 2 hours. They took offense to the owners request and inquired as to why. So they followed the owner to another part of lounge. After a small exchange, the owner replied«because they have on sweatpants.» The kicker to this is that they had security at the door to check IDs and attire prior to allowing entry into the establishment. After going back and forth with the owner about how security granted the entry and they were allowed to patronize the place for 2+ hours, the owner became very dismissive and said«I’M TIREDOFYOUPEOPLE». Again, I must emphasize that they were asked to leave after been allowed in by their security who clearly saw my friends’ attire and after they had spent a fair amount of money. If their clothes were a problem, they shouldn’t have been allowed to enter yet alone spend money. As this exchange was going on, I noticed that a larger party was entering and it appeared that the owner was trying to use my friends area to accommodate the larger party. After seeing this go on and watching my friends being escorted out by security, I came to the conclusion that this was an incident of racial profiling. I’m not one to jump to conclusions but to see my friends, who happened to be minorities, be escorted out for a majority group and to hear the language and tone of the owner, I feel confident to say that this was likely an incident that was racially charged. This left a sour taste in my mouth, so I closed out my tab and left because I didn’t feel that this place was worthy of my presence or money. Please don’t patronize this place. It was horrible to say things unfold as they did in this day and age. There is not a dress code posted anywhere and their staff allowed their party to enter after checking IDs and clearly seeing seeing what they were wearing — there’s only one entry. And for the record, my friends had on fitted designer sweatpants, a nice shirt, and casual sneakers. It was embarrassing. It was inappropriate. The owner also proceeded to curse and tell them«there is door, leave.» Horrible experience.

If this is what you like, go for it but, my experience was okay, okay service. Also, there hours were hella short, I’m not a fan of «9−5» lol, but when I went it was closing, so I am a little salty about that, but I may go again, why not?

This is a really nice place to unwind with great food, the staff is tentative and it’s very clean. Can’t wait to visit in the spring. A must visit!

This is by far the nicest Hookah Bar I’ve ever been to w/absolutely phenomenal service, an amazing choice of hookah and add-ons, perfect ambiance and good food/great drinks. Also, the price(especially on happy hour) is great! I had been going to the other Aladdin’s location for many years, but had actually stopped because 90% of the time, it was extremely loud and for lack of a better word, ghetto. I was so happy to hear about them opening this new location and getting back into hookahing regularly. It is important to note that they do enforce what I would call a dress code and behavior code which they don’t at the other location. So don’t be surprised that if you are dressed like a deviant, are needlessly loud/vulgar or belligerently drunk; you are asked to leave. .

Horrible place! They kicked my friends and I out for no reason. Literally, no reason. I will never be back to this establishment. FyI pit your phones on mute or you will get kicked out. They wouldn’t even let us sit inside to avoid the rain while we waited for our Über. Go to Brugada, the other Aladdin’s place, or the Lilypad for a good time without commotion.

Compared to the Midtown location, I like this one in Hillsboro Village better. It feels like a lounge, than a bar and it is larger. No moving the hookah pipe to get up from the table, as with the Midtown location. My friend who I took to the Midtown location was not aware of this one, so we met up for hookah and drinks. When we visited, there was less than 10 patrons. I had the grapefruit vodka and she had a white wine. Hookah: we had the«passion kiss»; it tasted like a blend of tropical fruits vs. passion fruit, as I speculated by the name. The service was good and the guy with the coals was attentive about replacing them as needed. I parked on the street however, Aladdin’s has a designated car park across from the building. I would visit again!

After a birthday party at Cabana we walked next door to try out Aladdin. The décor is amazing. The vibe is laid back and it is very dark in there. We ordered the strawberry watermelon hookah with the ice tip. Very very good. The girls made sure that our coals were still hot and everything was working properly. We ordered a few drinks. Not sure what the deal with the moonshine drinks everywhere is, but I’m not a huge fan. Luckily they have a full bar also which saved the day. Overall we had a good experience. The staff is friendly. The hookah is top quality, the décor is beautiful, and the bar drinks were well mixed. As far as price it was pretty on par for what you would expect at any other hookah lounge. A great place to sit back and chill with some friends.

Terrible! Horrible bouncer! Stick to the original. I was carded(I’m 41) and was told I had to leave due to having on a muscle shirt on, yet a lady walked in with a tank top on nothing said. Discrimination at its best!

The best hookah bar in Nashville. Authentic food, good drinks, real hookahs with real coals. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable about the products they serve. Also has a calm and nice setting. Wouldn’t go any where for hookah. Also check out the other location on eliston place.

I love this new location. It is a great place to spend my weekends or even a week night that I want to just relax. Although, I live closer to the old location, I have to admit the upgraded atmosphere is more inviting, and worth the drive across town. There isn’t a bad thing that I can say about aladdins. They have many different flavors of tobacco, I love them all, and the prices are unbeatable. Now for the wait staff, Aimee kicks ask, after going to the hookah bar a few times she already knows mine and my friends names, and it feels like an episode of cheers walking in, such a great feeling. She even knows what I drink and has it ready by the time I sit down. Can’t find service like that anywhere else. The owners are great they are constantly working hard to make sure that they provide their customers with the best service, food, and appreciate the customers. Definitely the best hookah bar! If you don’t believe it from me, check it out for yourself. I can guarantee that you will make it a constant hang out.

This place just opened and it is fantastic! I’ve been here twice so far, once on a weeknight and once during the day on a Saturday. I was extremely satisfied with both my visits. Service: Staff is attentive and super friendly. They do a really good job making you feel welcome and taken care of. A+ Hookah: Great quality and a good selection of flavors. Always clean. Atmosphere: The décor is amazing. The music is great(mostly Middle Eastern). The bar is separated into a few sections depending on what you’re looking for in a visit. There is a very nice open covered«patio» area with a large window that says open on sunny days and is better lit in the night. I was there working with a drink and hookah on a lazy Saturday afternoon and it was very pleasant. There are also more private areas with couches and chairs, and another larger room that stays dark. These places are excellent for the evening. I spent a fun, relaxing night there out with a group of friends. Important Note: Make sure you bring an ID! IDs are checked at the door at all times. You must be 21 to enter!

I have been anticipating the opening of this new location since I found out about it. I will give credit where it is due and the location is certainly an upgrade. They went all in for this one. I love the décor the mix of middle eastern and modern, much more upscale location. All the negatives of the original Aladdin(cramped&dated) have disappeared minus one. My party and I went to the happy hour which is normally from 3 – 8 at the original Aladdin’s. We naively went to the new location thinking things were the same. We ordered based on this prenotion, silly us. Our bill was a lot more than expected, when asking Amy about the price issues, I was informed that the prices for the happy hour were different at this Aladdin’s. That was fine had we known the changes and price increase. She decided to let me know they did not have any happy hour prices listed for hookah and drinks because they have only been opened 2 days and«next time she will personally let me know the prices», when told that on their website happy hour was listed from 3 – 8 Everyday I was told«that website is not for this new Aladdin’s even though there was reference of the new Aladdin’s opening on their official website». I had no problem paying the tab, but I would have like to known there was a time change with happy hour Amy informed me it was no longer 3 – 8 but 3 – 7, hookahs were no longer $ 8 for happy hour at this new Aladdin’s or the old one it was now $ 10 at the old one and $ 12 at this location and drinks were also more, and that I should have asked my waitress the correct questions so should could inform me. She was a lot more rude than normal, never backing down, never apologizing for not posting pricing anywhere and making excuses of only being opened for 2 days, yet they printed food menus and etc, if just having a basic sheet of paper to let patrons know the changes, especially for those used to the original Aladdin, that is all I was asking no comps, no free service. Her responses were I was to blame for not being informed. I paid my tab and left with a sour taste in my mouth. To top it all off there was no «sorry for the mixup, or thank you for visiting us and sorry it’s been hectic and you are right we should have posted pricing or had our waitresses inform customers», none of that. If I simply was given proper customer service concerning this incident I would have raised my review. I love Aladdin’s and am a long time patron, I enjoy the food, atmosphere and hookah this place was certainly going to be my 2nd best place to chill with a hookah in town only behind the original location. I love their growth and love it they finally took the leap to expand, hands down minus this incident and Amy’s response and attitude to it, as well as how important I value customer service I have to give them a bad rating. The venue is hands down the best place to smoke hookah in town, they also have 2 private rooms that can be rented out, a variety of different seating options from traditional restaurant, conversational, bar, and normal hookah style seating. You can also hookah at the bar which is cool. They still have lots of tvs, a great place to catch the playoffs and smoke. If only their customer service went up a notch, Amy is great not really ever warm to us(cordial I guess) and usually has some sort of attitude which is something we are used to but, this time she was just rude. Be aware of the happy hour changes of time and price at this location and plan accordingly and per employee ask so you will know the changes they have made unless they finally took the time to print up the happy hour special.
