Most BB&B’s are claustrophic layouts where everything is packed super high with narrow aisles that leave little room for maneuvering. And while most of this store is that way, there is still a large section in the front(adjoining the mall) where there is a bit more room. All the stuff you need to outfit your kitchen including flatware and tableware, drawer organizers, kitchen gadgets, small appliances(coffee makers, toasters and other items for cooking), knives from low-end to high-end, and everything you need for cooking including pots and pans. And then the bath section begins with towels and mirror sets and organizers and such. And for home and bedroom, blankets and pillows and comforters and sheet sets. I didn’t see too many bargains here. Keep in mind that you can easily sign up for the 20% off coupon which arrives once a month by email and by mail. It works on any one item, so you can save a decent amount with that.

Rude and sassy employees at this location. Bed bath and beyond needs to train their employees better. This is bad customer service. I don’t know if it’s because Black Friday just happened or what but they are not very pleasant.

If you like Bed Bath and Beyond, then you will love this location!!! It’s huge! They have everything you could possibly need for your home!!! My main gripe with the Bbb store in general is that the pricing already takes into account that you’re going to use one of their 20% off coupons. Basically, their prices are set like 5−10% higher if you looked somewhere else but with the coupons you are actually saving a little, which means you’re a sucker if you ever pay full price since you would be overpaying. Who has time for coupons?! But still, this location is awesome!!! The variety of what they offer is so exciting!

In a mall where you can’t walk into the discount shoe places without being immediately accosted by aggressive sales people, I was shocked at just how many times I was straight up ignored by BB&B. I needed help, and whenever some staff member approached, I did my best«I’m looking for something and have no idea where to look» act. But more often than not, they asked me to get by. And I’m not just talking about one. No less than five, and possibly as many as seven sales people walked right passed me as I attempted my «helpless twerp» look. I found one of the items I was looking for, but I finally gave up getting assistance, and made that one purchase. This BB&B is very tight, awkwardly organized, and very cluttered. I searched the same areas two or three times before I even came close to finding what I was looking for. No one can walk past each other in the aisles, no one can quickly search the aisles, and if you have a cart or stroller, you can’t swing around in the back very easily. Opry Mills is not really the best place for housewares, anyway. I’d try Cool Springs or even a Walmart first

Fyi: This is a regular Bed Bath & Beyond, not a discount location. The store is a good size, but it’s not as big as the one in Cool Springs. Standard assortment of merchandise.

This particular BB&B is overrun with tourists in tank tops and fanny packs. And that’s just the women. Selection is well-picked over and limited at best. You will surely dodge strollers, pre-schoolers and foul smelling men sucking on chewing tobacco. But if you must visit this location, come with a shopping list, you will not want to stay long.
