I’ve bought Stride Rite’s shoes for my kids for years. They are durable as heck, fashionable and a solid way to spend a bunch of money on cuteness. This place, however, is NOT the place to get those shoes. They had none of the sizes we wanted in stock. When we found something that worked, one of the shoes in the box was the wrong size and the ladies and the register realized when we got there she had forgotten to give her previous customer one of the two boots she had bought. Were they apologetic? No. Not at all. They proceeded to talk about how busy they were as if I’m going to feel bad for them instead of some lady who is driving home without what she bought. Buy online folks. These are not the droids you are looking for.

After eating with sister & her nephew at The Aquarium, she decided that she needed to get some new shoes for her 3 year old son. I didn’t know much about Stride Rite, but I guess they’re a kids store? It looked like all they had was kids shoes, however they had Sperrys for men on one side. My sister was trying to measure her son’s foot with one of the shoe size measuring device and didn’t really understand the logistics of it. An associate came over & was about to help her. She was friendly enough but didn’t seem like she really wanted to be there. My sister was able to get two pairs of kids shoes for a great price. They had a buy one get one 50% off. If I had a kid, I’d probably bring them here to get them some shoes.

This location is very friendly. Right when. My daughter and I walked in the door we were helped with shoe sizing and directed toward what kind of shoe we were looking for. Up until we left we felt as if we were the only people in the store. Our sales associate was very personable with my daughter as well.
