Belle Meade Exterminating

I was with the same company for over 20 years here in Franklin only to have tech change and service crumbled. Just had Belle Meade out and it was great. Thorough service and explanation of what to expect. Now on a quarterly plan and happy with the change. Most impressive thing; he’s been with them 17 years! Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with this company and highly recommend. We had a flea infestation this past summer and they were very helpful in taking care of the problem.

Somebody recommended this company so I went ahead and ignored all the bad reviews. This was a mistake! I gave them 1 star only because the service tech is polite. They came out 3 times to take care of spider activity and failed. The regional was rude and informed me that they did not treat upstairs windows. (Spiders can travel up and down a wall). He was insulting and condescending. After coming 3 times to de-​web and rid the perimeter of our home of spiders I was told by the tech that he would send some one else out with a ladder. We’ve used 2 other companies over the past 15 years and have only changed since moving. We have not had such poor service! Both former companies did a great job treating both floors of our home. This company needs an extension pole and better respect for their customers!

Jerry Kemp from Belle Meade Exterminating was wonderful. Not only did he spray my entire home (no smell!), he also went outside and looked at the bee issue I was having and sprayed. As he was spraying, he gave me great information about where bugs come from and what they migrate too (water). He looked around and told me how to fix other situations, such as great advice on how to solve my draining issue in the bath tub, hence, solving the bug water attraction issues! He also gave me a tid-​bit of advice while leaving for removing the scratches from my front door. He was a wonderful worker and provided me with the upmost service and friendliness! Will use them for any future issues!
