The techs and some of the management are good. The owner is horrible. The door to door sales people are high pressure. Make sure you know what you’re buying.

We were pretty happy with homeshield when we first signed up. The tech that came out seemed very knowledgable and was very nice and did a great job. The sales guy told us he would be our tech. Then every time after that we had someone else. The last time someone came out I had to call and remind them that it was our month for service. The tech that came out seemed very irritated, I wanted him to spray the inside of the house as well of the outside but instead he put ant bait in one window and sprayed the outside. I also asked him to check the glue traps in the garage but those weren’t changed either. We will not be continuing our contract with them.
