Bob Bernstein’s coffee roasting is now scenting the Gulch. The distinctive smell of roasting Bongo Java craft coffee beans now adorns the air of this trendy downtown neighborhood. Many restaurants, stores and cafes are wholesale customers of coffee roasted here in the Nashville Gulch. Retail consumers and others will be able to enjoy coffee classes about the finer points of craft coffee. Later, upcoming coffee tastings and brewed coffee will also be offered. Indonesian Sumatra and Dark Roast from Guatemala are two of my favorites. The former east roasting site will evolve into a coffee café like Fido.
