Great place to live. Right in the heart of all the Nashville action. Rent is expensive (starts at $ 1500 a month), but you can buy places from $ 189,000 on up to about $ 300k, I think. Best condos I’ve ever lived in!

Rent or own here if you can. I rented on the 6^th floor until the owner sold the unit and no other units were available for rent by the time I had to vacate, which is such a shame. Friendly neighbors and staff. Excellent location. SO quiet too! I never heard my neighbors (no blarring music and couldn’t even heard convos!). The only noise you’d experience is people passing through the halls. God I miss this place!

These are condos on Broadway that are either for sale or rent. Its a 171 unit, 6 story development in Midtown. 1, 2, and (rarely) 3 bedrooms.
For sale of 1 and 2 bedroom condos, they range from $ 180k-​280k. Those are really sweet deals!!! Rent ranges from $ 1,295 — $ 1,795 for 1 bedrooms.

I didn’t move here because there wasn’t a single condo available but if you happen to catch one with the right timing, jump on it!
