Horrible service. I went there and was placed at booth seven around 1p and the workers were very rude and short. Plus it was my birthday and they treated me like I was nothing simply because I ONLY wanted a mani & did not want their recommendations. This was my first and last visit. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Probably the worst pedi I’ve ever had. the whole thing took about 20 min. My feet barely got wet. He took the old polish off .cut them shorter .used some kinda exfoliated stuff, got clean off right away. No massaging ever was involved. Paint the new polish on. 20 min. It was the shortest I’ve ever had. Not worth it. If I just want my toes painted .I would do it at home. totally rushed and I was the only person inside. I didn’t say anything. but definitely not going back.

Love this place! I moved away from Nashville and came back to town… still ONLY get my nails done here. Color lasts, especially gel, and they always take their time. They’re very forgiving if you need a quick fix, too!

Great mani pedi — asked to do at the same time to save time and was accommodated. Price is now $ 40(never seen it cheaper than that in Nashville though). It was a cool fall evening so they had the front door propped open which meant there were no strong chemical smells, which I loved. I will be back!

I love this place. I have frequented many places in the area, The Venetian, Signature, Social Graces Nail Bar, and I really prefer Cosmo. First their prices are a bit lower than the others. They have a great selection of OPI, Essie, and Butter. I rarely wait and there is never a crowd. The techs really do a good job. I’m really impressed with the Gel French I just got, they look like pristine acrylics or pink and whites. Also, this place isn’t super fussy, so they are pretty quick, which I prefer. The only reason I give them four stars is because the massages aren’t great, but I really enjoy skimping on the pampering for the time saved. The end result is fantastic!

Cosmo nails is the only place that my mom, sister, and I ever go in Nashville to get our nails done. I’ve never been disappointed by a Cosmo experience. Highly recommend Cosmo to everyone who lives nearby.

I am fairly new to Nashville and have been to both Signature and Venetian Nails… and quite honestly, I enjoyed the experience at Cosmo Nails soooooo much better! It was not too crowded, VERY clean and took an hour as opposed to the 1 ½ hours at the other places. I am not one who likes to sit still very long and this reminded me more of the types of places I frequented in LA and NY. While the price is still high compared to bigger cities, $ 35 for a mani and pedi is apparently very reasonable around here. I will be back for sure!

I am new to Nashville and on a quest for the best mani/pedi for the money. As Cosmo Nails, you can get a spa chair manicure and pedicure for $ 35. The entire experience takes about 45 minutes and includes sufficient massaging, exfoliating, buffing, cutting, polishing, etc. I found the place to be clean and bright. It wasn’t too crowded and seemed like it would be pretty easy to get in(I was there on a Friday after work which I would assume to be a busy time and there were chairs available). My technician was friendly, courteous, and pretty skilled at his job. The pedicure has lasted me about 2 weeks before starting to look a little ratty — but that’s mostly a result of my nails growing quickly and the resulting extension of my cuticle and lack of paint therein. The manicure only made it about a week but I didn’t reapply the top coat when it started to weaken which is my usual trick for manicure longevity. This place gets 3 stars because there’s no complaint except that I got the same caliber of service in Atlanta for $ 27, although typically I did have a short wait. The quest continues …
