Daiq’s Bar and Grill

This was the worst food we have ever had. Our cheese dip was cooked in the microwave, our cheese sticks were not even warm enough to melt the cheese, the chicken wings never even came out while we were there, and parts of our order never came out. The only thing that was good about our visit was the waitress and jäger drink.

We’ve been three or four times in the past. But, the last time we went, 1÷15÷16, we had TERRIBLE service. The server brought my husband the wrong dinner and never brought mine. She brought us the wrong flavor of daiquiri also. Once the manager came by to check on us, our server never came back to our table. We paid. Our bill was $ 18.56. Even though I truly feel she didn’t deserve a tip at all, I did tip $ 3…totaling $ 21.56. When I checked my bank they increased the tip amount and took $ 28 out. That’s okay, I will NEVER BE BACK. They say if someone has a good experience they’ll tell three people. If they have a bad experience they’ll tell ten people. I’m going to make sure no one goes back.

This place is still fairly new, but a huge asset to the Antioch community only because businesses have become almost non-​existent in some parts.
I’ve gone several times, but for this review it will be based off of the Saturday Grown Folks Night.
The crowd is diverse with happy hour lasting from 4 – 8 p.m. It includes deals on drinks and appetizers. I think the daiquiris were 2 for 1, well drinks 3 for 1, and appetizers half off.
We ordered a shrimp basket, the daiqs platter, and an order of wings. (Our wings never made it to the table, which is why a star was taken off.)
The music was upbeat with an old school feel, the daiquiris were made just right, and our food was amazing… or it may have been the liquor.
Overall I enjoyed myself! I wouldn’t call this place upscale, but it is nice and the deals are amazing.
I think the platter could have had better quality cheese for the nacho dip, but for the price I guess I cannot complain too much!

Wings are good, space is very limited, daiquiris are ok. Very few selection, good customer service and very clean business

The best $ 5 lunch I have had in Nashville. The service is fabulous and the food selection is great.

Dauquiri selection is limited, 4 flavors which they mix, and not very strong, even though some are supposed to have 151 in it. We had nachos and the wings. Nachos were weak, store bought, exactly like a movie theater. the opposite of fresh. Wings were very good, meaty unlike a lot of places. Service was so so, ambience is nice, but they need to pick either sports bar or semi upscale bar.

New place with some bugs to work out. The daiquiris, while limited in selection, reminded this Cajun of New Orleans. I had the catfish bites they were fresh, hot, and hit the spot. Service was friendly and helpful. I will be returning.
