WORSE Jack in the box I’ve ever been to. The shift manager (SHAY) had a major attitude problem. And it was rubbing off on the employees. Thank GOD for Robert (employee). He made everything better and his customer service skills were just awesome.

Service was friendly. Kept it very short no greeting. Food took extremely slow. It was 11 and I ordered the breakfast item and a set of egg rolls 5 min past after paying still no food.

Can get buy without someone being polite and occasionally getting an order wrong but everytime I go here there is something wrong with the order (at least through drive-​thru) at night. Wife stopped by to get some of their tacos and there was no lettuce on them… imagine a Big Mac with no sauce… this is just totally unacceptable since there are only three items to be out on one of their tacos… meat, cheese, and the lettuce. This place needs better managers who can take care of issues before there are any issues. This was the last straw at this place… I have some pics of the tacos but not sure how to upload them.
