FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

This particular FedEx Office/​Kinkos is AMAZING.
My company travels to Nashville 4 times a year to host business conferences and social events. Inevitably, we end up at this particular Kinkos with last-​minute rush orders. It has saved us more times than I care to count — and has truly become our safety net when a crisis occurs.
They offer amazing service that truly goes above and beyond and their products and publications (from signs to printed materials) always look top-​rate. When our meetings are over, they help up package up and mail things home. They make everything easy.
I’d like to offer a special shout-​out to Tish, who expertly handles our large, complicated orders — and always with a smile. She often seems to be handling the store single-​handedly, so while she’s curing our latest crisis, I’ve watched as she simultaneously helps college students package up boxes to mail home and takes phone orders. It’s masterful. And while it would push anyone else to the breaking point, she’s always cheerful and pleasant.
I wish our Kinkos nearer to home would offer the same high-​quality products and services. Nashville, you’re really lucky to have them!

I went in to get a document with light color printed, and the print quality was terrible. The left side of the page was slightly faded, and the blue colors were not even close to the correct shade. The thin fonts were very grainy. The document was generated from Adobe Illustrator was exported as a press quality PDF.
I took the same file to Staples, and their prints looked fantastic.

I was in Nashville for a long birthday weekend. I had made a purchase that was fairly fragile at one of the fantastic shops on Broadway and did not want to take it on the plane with me. The gentleman standing behind the counter was less then helpful in fact he couldn’t do anything for me. I asked about shipping my purchase, No mam, I can’t leave the front to wrap your package for shipping. OK. how about you tell me what it will cost to ship and I’ll pay for it now and you can wrap it later. No mam, I can’t tell you what that amount will be because I haven’t wrapped it yet. OK, how about I purchase all the packing materials and then you can bill my credit card once you have the shipping price determined? No mam, my co-​worker is leaving early today and I probably won’t be able to do it before I leave. In other words sir, you can’t do any aspect of your job of shipping if involves anything bigger then an envelope. SMH. Customer Service at its finest at that store.

This is a fairly convenient Fedex. Thankfully there’s a parking lot in back which is golden for any downtown business. The employees are a bit «quirky» here. Not sure why. Maybe its the musical drifters that serenade them from the outside? Regardless, I’ll keep coming by to do my bi-​weekly drop and get a little street entertaining in the process.

I had a wonderful experience today at this FedEx! Brittany was beyond helpful! I had a few issues when trying to complete my project and Brittany took the time to walk me through step by step to help me. There was also another customer next to me and she was great about helping both of us at the same time. She was very patient and knowledgable.

Don’t let this downtown location scare you away from popping in. Living on the east side, it’s super convenient for me as they have free parking behind their building. A business located on Broadway with FREE parking? Say what!
The employees are fast and efficient. Location is great. Prices are more than fair!

This is the most peculiar place to put a kinkos. Thank goodness they have designated spots for parking out back or else it would be a huge pain in the neck to come here. But honestly, when I have been in, it’s in the morning before the crazies are out drinking and honking their tonkins. I originally came to this place the first time to make some laminated copies. The nice fellow showed me how the machine worked and left me to my own devices. It was easy enough, but how did he know I wouldn’t laminate my hair and get my face stuck on the machine or something?! Anyway I’ve been back since and have had no laminating hair incidents. ALSO since there is no where easy and simple place on the East side to make copies, my boyfriend and I came down to this location to make ‘missing pet’ posters when the little arss ‘ran away’ for 5 days. Again it was painless. It really is a hop over the Korean Vets bridge and bam you’re in downtown proper. I have no price comparisons to staples or office depot or other office related giants, but this didn’t seem unreasonable. Visit in the MORNING ONLY!
