I’ve lived in Nashville for 4 years and have had 3 hair nightmares since I moved. so it’s been a while since I’ve had anything but a trim. As a result I ended up with long, limp, style-​less hair. Someone recommended Sarah to me and today I walked out of Hyde Salon with the best haircut I’ve ever had. Sarah was so confident and attentive. She set me at ease with her manner and her skill. I’ve never had an experience like I did with Sarah and I can’t imagine letting anyone else do my hair ever again.

What a great little treat to have a blowout! I went on a whim a few weeks ago after someone recommended Kayla to me. My hair looked great and my wrists didn’t ache. I highly recommend treating yourself occasionally. I’ve been back several times now… and will continue. Hey… I can spoil myself a little if I want to.

Could not have been more happy with my visit to Hyde. It was my first time dying my hair, I found Sarah Hardcastle at Hyde from other Unilocal reviews and she was wonderful. I got a full balayage, Sarah is an expert. The color looks so natural and was exactly what I wanted. Sarah really took the time with the coloring. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’ve always been one to tighten the purse strings when it comes something «non-​essential» in my life. Like h&m instead of Nordstroms… Trader joes instead of whole foods. However, the stylist here taught me a valuable lesson. Value.
They taught me how to not only take care of my hair at home, but suggested products that keep it healthy, and keep the color gorgeous! My visits are now longer in between cut and colors because they cut and color to give you longevity.
It’s a diamond to the cubic zirconia of salons!
I now have VERY healthy and beautiful hair (after years of box color– eek!). After a few visits with Christina, she has changed the way I view «getting your hair done».

Two weeks ago Jacob gave me the best haircut and style EVER! His artistic abilities are truly amazing. Today he gave me a Brazilian Blowout! And again he performed miracles. He pays special attention to the health and condition of your locks! My hair is silky smooth. Another customer at the salon came up to me and asked to «touch» my hair — the ultimate compliment. WOW — so glad I found Lee at Hyde Salon. He knows exactly what color to use on my hair and give great tips on styling and how to care for my hair. The customer service is top notch as everyone is very nice. They always go above and beyond to find a time that fits my schedule. So happy every time I leave Hyde.

They stock killer L’oreal professional products and you can pop into Jamie for some shopping before or after.
I have very long, thick, difficult hair and it looks fabulous every time I leave the salon. I highly recommend Hyde to all!

I love the ambiance at HYDE, the minimalist high fashion design is still very warm and inviting. All of the stylists were very courteous and accommodating! The products they use make your hair feel like silk and the head message during the wash will give you cold chills :) I’ve had my hair done by Christina three times now and every single time I thought it was the best I’d ever had! Her abilities are truly a work of art!

Look for this to be THE #1 salon in Nashville in 2013! This is what a salon should look and feel like. It is upscale but not at all stuffy! They also put in the extra effort to get the very best shampoo bowls/​chairs in the business! No more awkward neck-​breaking shampoo time. You can actually relax while they rinse out your color!
