I needed a new pair of shoes. After checking out Macy’s in the Mall, where the salesman literally did not know what a shoe horn is, I walked into this store. The manager, Wendy, greeted me and made all the right noises. She went out of her way to help, to focus, and to get to something I liked. I ended up with a pair I hadnt even picked out. She simply guessed I would like them. And she guessed right. As a retail salesman myself I really appreciate someone who understands what retail selling means.
